Called in and got a haircut scheduled for 11:30. I show up and the stylist was running behind. She wouldnt talk to me(super weird) another stylist told me come back in 15 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes stylist still wouldnt talk to me being super awkward. The other stylist said she was even further behind. Just a weird interaction. I walked out. I have been going to that shop for 6 years first time there was any issue. Not sure if I am going back.

The hairstylist are very warm and friendly. Tam is usually my choice, she and I have great conversations and she does an amazing job, every time. Always commenting with answering my questions and makes you feel like family in a sense.

I went and got a much needed haircut today. I gave a second shot to a zero fade and Cypress did an Incredible job. My first haircut in this style was ok from a different person, so I didnt have high hopes. Cypress listened to what I wanted, she checked in multiple times, and paid serious attention to detail. Shes got skill. I usually go to Fishers Landing, but I have to say Im thoroughly Impressed.Thanks Cypress!

I cant stress this enough, HIGHLY recommend giving this place a shot. Ive been going to super cuts for all my life up until about 8 years ago, switched to sports clips for some amount of years, and probably 6 or 8 months ago I went to the barbers for the first time. And honestly I will never set foot anywhere else. I dont know how hard it is to get a job at one of these locations. But the vetting process they use seriously couldnt be better. Ive been to 3 locations now. And Everytime Ive left feeling happy with my haircut and pleased with the interaction with the stylist. This time in particular Im leaving a review, because I had a lady named Taylor give me my haircut today, and she was seriously the nicest human being Ive gotten to talk to in so long and she left me with an awesome haircut. Absolutely will be solely using the barbers for the foreseeable future.

I like this place. Im pretty picky and not all barbers here are amazing and or pleasent to look at or have your hair cut by. The two barbers worth a try as a safe bet are Ryder and Amethyst. Both are good at what they do and are pleasant people with ability to chat about random things-if you are in to that)

I have been going to The Barbers Cascade Park for many years for a hair cut. Diana has cut my hair most every time. She is very professional. She certainly is focused on great customer service. She is always pleasant and we feel like friends over the years, asking about each others family, health, and special interests. The environment in the shop is clean, organized, and all the staff is accommodating.

I give them a 5 star exclusively because of Cloie, shes amazing. Pretty much feel that the place in general isnt very friendly, but shes awesome.

Everyone at the Cascade Park location was friendly and attentive. They were very good about following Covid protocol. Taylor did a great job on my cut and would recommend her to anyone. Will be returning.

Called this morning to ask about scheduling availability. Chloe gave me the earliest slot available and even though I was 10 minutes late, she got me right in. They are amazing here and the shop has great vibes where everyone helps each other, wears a Covid smize, and has positive energy. All of the gals and guys here who I have gotten cuts from are great. No worries if you have Covid fears as they screen their customers well, sanitize well, always a new cape, disinfect their tools, sanitize their hands before touching you. Jades a fantastic barber who listens to the needs of the guy and makes suggestions and cuts to put her great skills to work. I am a kinda professional and am big on quality and customer service and this all comes naturally for her, whether she is cutting hair, answering the phone or sweeping up the hair tufts around her chair and the chairs of her coworkers with her broom. I called and she offered me times and then I asked if earlier would work and she said yes, but I am sure she delayed her lunch to see me at that time, and probably starving and thirsty, but no grumpiness, no rush, just treating the customer as she herself would like to be treated, and that is above and beyond customer service!! I would have gladly waited. A great multitasker she is without compromise. These barbers make every effort to protect and care for us guys and it is so much appreciated, especially during covid so they deserve great appreciation for a job well done. They take a big pay hit to be there during Covid so I generally like to tip them 35-45% vs 15-20% since this is an unprecedented time.

We take our son here because thet are better priced than the kids places. The barbers are great with kids and very patient. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. They were very pleasant while they waited for me to sign in. I tried to sit down to wait but Jose took me to his station right away. I showed Jose a picture of what I wanted, he asked a few questions then got down to business. Jose nailed the look I was after and even showed me how to style it to achieve “my look” every time. I have been to several The Barbers locations and this is honestly my favorite. Although it’s out of the way the staff is always friendly, joking around, and I’m always happy with my cut. This time I walked out ecstatic and will definitely be back to see Jose soon.

If I could give more stars I would!!! Honestly the best haircut place in town in my opinion! Greats service welcoming, affordable and to be honest, I havent gotten a better cut anywhere else. Loraine is my barber, shes suck an awesome barber, she can make any of my ideas look good!!! Most important to me is that she pays attention to detail. I take my husband and two boys to this shop. My husband gets his hair cut and bread shaped with trim by Jose. Which he always listens as to what he requested and is always giving pointers on upkeep. My boys go to Amethyst her lines are so clean! Plus we always feel welcomed there! We are their loyal clients.

Diana is the best. She is so sweet and so great at what she does. I’ve been seeing her for years and don’t have any plans to go anywhere else. I actually flew all the way in from Nashville for the better part of a year just to see her. The location is great right off 205 and by Trader Joe’s so it’s great to stop in to get a haircut and get some groceries! Thank you Diana!

I scheduled a appointment for my 5 year old son, when arrived I was told to wait 15 more minutes outside in the heat because she was running late. What was the point of a appointment? Besides that love the haircuts they do.

As is the case with most guys, my haircut is extremely important to me. When searching for a good barber I went through numerous barbers in the area and was dissatisfied with all except one, Lorraine. Lorraine is a professional and does as good, if not better, than my previous barber of eleven years. Lorraine listens carefully to the expectations of her client and is able to perceive perfectly what the client is trying to communicate to her. Lorraines finished product, in my experience, is tier one thus I highly recommend that anyone who takes their haircut seriously choose her as their barber. Was looking for a new place for a haircut as I just moved to Washington and the Vancouver area. Saw the Barbers near my place and checked them out and they seemed to be very well liked so I gave them a shot. and Im so glad I did. Jose gave me an awesome haircut yesterday. Asked me about what I wanted and what I was looking for and then gave me exactly that. Highly recommend them at the Cascade Park location, friendly and skilled. Ill be back every month.

To the lady with short white hair, Please don’t use a blow dryer to mitigate the hair beneath your chairs. pure laziness. Don’t wanna inhale other people’s hair. Use a broom or vacuum. Easy.

Service can really be all over the place here. I would go in one time and get a great cut, go in another and not have the barber even listen to what I wanted. I have since gone with another barber and stuck with them for the last 3 years.

Went in on a Sunday at 5pm because I’m a single dad of 4 and it’s the only time I can get in all week and I remembered why I started going to sport clips. And honestly the haircuts are good one day and bad the next even with the same barber. I’m done wasting my time here

Great barbers. They actually know how to use scissors. If you want to be sheared like a sheep, they could probably do that if you asked. If you want a real haircut and shoulder massage. This is the place. I have my favorite , but all the barbers are skilled and friendly.

Fantastic place and superb service. Katie has been cutting my hair for over a year now. She is such a delight to see every time. Fun and a great sense of humor. We have experimented with different haircuts and I ALWAYS trust her opinion. Katie never rushes through the haircut no matter how busy the shop is. Easy enough these days to pick up the phone and make an appointment which I would recommend. Its not that theyre crazy busy or anything, but you never know... I called in the morning and booked an appointment for later the same day. When we got there they sat me down right away (while the walk-ins sat waiting still). A few others with appointments rolled in shortly after (walk-ins still sat waiting). One of the walk-ins stormed off. I felt bad, but dude, seriously... just make the appointment next time. As far as the actual haircut I got... Ill reserve that judgement until maybe the next time I go in. I wasnt super-impressed, but I was in a pinch so Ill take it. It is after all, hair.

Ryder gives the best haircuts in the greater Vancouver area. I take my hair seriously, and after trying a few different barbers available at this chain, I am utterly blown away by Ryder’s work and candor. Her vested interest in her work demonstrates her passion for the craft, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I strongly suggest this location, and Ryder specifically. I have been here for over a year and still havent found someone to cut my hair right... Lucy killed it! Very easy going n fun to talk to, the haircut was perfect. She took her time and because i was trying a new style she asked every step of the way how I was feeling about it.. This will definitely be my new spot from now on.. When I get a haircut at this location, I know that itll be exactly what Id ask for and an enjoyable experience. I got my first haircut by Lorraine which she was very friendly, professional and made the haircut an enjoyable experience. I had used the same hair stylist for nearly 10 years. I found out they were moving away and had to find a new stylist posthaste. It was nerve-wracking searching as you get comfortable with someone who you trust to cut and style your hair.I went to a couple of different places and was displeased. Its hard to find someone who listens to your needs and actually cares about how you want your hair cut and styled. I didnt get that secure feeling at the different salons I had tried prior.Luckily, I came across Katie at the Barbers. Someone I had met at a restaurant referred me to, Katie. When I went in for a consultation I expressed to, Katie, that I was nervous trying a new stylist; as I didnt have great success prior. She understood and listened to my request for my specific needs. She asked me step-by-step how I wanted my hair during my first visit with her. She was also really easygoing and fun to chat with (which made my experience even better), so that was a bonus!I left feeling really good about my experience, and was confident with the way Katie had cut my hair. I have since only been to see, Katie, and will continue to do so in the future. Katie has been cutting my hair for about 3 years now, and I wouldnt trust another stylist with my hair.Far be it from me to say any of the other stylists at the Barbers are not equally as good; but Katie will always be my primary stylist.Thank you, Katie, for doing great work that is top-of-the-line. Lorraine has been cutting my hair for some time now! Shes by far the best barber I have found since moving to the PNW! Gives an amazing bald fade, beard trim, everything! Shes amazing! Also, a couple times her schedule and mine didnt work out and had recommended Amethyst to me, and she as well does an amazing job!! Both of these ladies are THE BEST, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Most of the barbers here are pros and will give you a great hair cut. They also track your haircuts so they can get an idea of what you had in the past and try to emulate that, unless you ask for something else. The offer does and a massage at the end of your haircut.

My husband and I have been going there for years and keep coming back. He really likes Jessica ad I really prefer Teresa. They both have gotten to know us, know our hair kinds and how to cut it so we look good. Teresa is amazing with me--if I tell her I want something different, we discuss what that difference is and how to make it happen before any instrument is picked up. If I bring in a photo or show her one in the book, she is always honest with me and tells me her thoughts on it before we make any commitment on it and her opinion is valuable to me.So now, we only go on when Jessica and Teresa are there. Two dynamite people we would follow to any barber/salon shop they might go to.

Ive been to a few Barbers locations around Vancouver and theyre all pretty great. I got to the location on Mill Plain on Friday morning and only waited about five minutes. My haircut looked great and was exactly what I wanted. They have soda and water available, too. Ill definitely be back.

I came here, not knowing I was going to get the best haircut ever. I wanted a simple design to my fade, and Lola hooked me up. Most places dont know how to do a design or a killer fade but Lola nailed it!

Moved out to Vancouver about 7 months ago and Katie has been cutting my hair since. Every time I walk in I get the classic “Hey boy Heyyyy” as my greeting and the good times don’t stop until I leave.
