I would only give this place 5 stars for their artist Danny however… this shop is getting 1.The shop owner is extremely unprofessional.I paid a good chunk of money for Danny to do a few tattoos for me and he did excellent! However when I was finished my artist left and I had to wait for my ride back home (I’m just visiting family and recently moved to CT) he asked me to leave well over 2 hours before closing and I had only been sitting there 15 minutes or so waiting for my ride. I don’t understand why I need to stand outside in the cold while your shop is still open and I just paid one of YOUR artists quite a bit of money for a few simple tattoos.I would also like to mention this shopDOES NOT have you fill out paper work and DOES NOT ID you.Makes you wonder how long this shop is going to keep it’s business. I hope Danny finds a better shop! He’s too good to be working under a terrible business owner.

I went in on Friday the 13 for my wedding ring. After being told by other shops that what I was asking couldnt be done and on this day they only do pre-chosen designs. I explained why it was so important to me on that exact day, Danny one of the artist there took what I wanted and made my dreams come true. Everyone that I enter acted with was nice and professional. Thank you again, and couldnt have asked for better.

Andi and company is tremendously great at their craft. In the last couple of months Ive gotten 2 tattoos. One on my bicep and the other on my forearm. The work hes done is outstanding, done with precision without half stepping. Satisfied is not my choice of words, but proudly with credibility and integrity I would refer him to anyone in the area of Washington State. Hands down he would K.O any artist in tattooing around Vancouver and Portland. Hats off to you Andi and keep doing your thing.

Definitely recommend Forever Tattoo. Andie is the guy to go to. Awesome artwork and some of the straightest lines Ive seen. Ive seen the other artists in the shop at work they are pretty awesome too. You cant go wrong with Forever Tattoo.

My experience at Forever Tattoo on mill plain was extremely unpleasant. Andie Peña is the owner of this establishment and he is extremely disrespectful. I’ve been to a few tattoo shops, none were like this one. I read through the reviews and they all seemed amazing but when I was there it was drastically different. Andie spoke to me in a very irritante rude tone. Maybe it was a bad day for the owner but doesn’t mean take it out on possible clients. Sadly after what happened I found out about his past doings, all I have to say is it was scary to think I was ever in Forever Tattoo speaking to him. I advise others to choose a different place to get your tattoo needs.

Me and my husband have both gotten some awsome tattoos from forever tattoo, they are very clean nice attmespher and always happy with the work they do. I also just had my eye brows done by. Ana she did a fanamanal job super happy with them. i highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Carlos was a fantastic artist to work with! He got us in on short notice, done fantastic efficient work, and just made the whole experience great! Will definitely be working with him long term on more ink!

There is a artist named alex he has done my entire left arm and i get more compliments on those tats then any of my other ones. I swear by his work.so if you want a beautiful tat give them a call and ask for alex.

Maria was wonderful! Hair loss is devastating and she helped my hair look thicker with scalp micro pigmentation. It is a noninvasive, permanent procedure. She was friendlt, empathetic to my situation, patient and flexible with scheduling but most of all she takes her work seriously and does an amazing job.

I got SMP:Scalp Micropigmentation here by Chad Hernandez! He has truly changed my life! Hes a true artist and a caring human. I feel more confident and love my new hairline. In the time Ive spent there I have seen some people come in and get incredible works of art done. The shop owners and artists are fantastic people! Maria does a fantastic job with Scalp micropigmentation. I had it done and i am so glad i did. My biggest concern was would it look natural or would i like it. Im happy to say i love it and its virtually undetectable. Im amazed at how much better i look and feel about myself. The sessions are relatively painless. She has topical numbing if needed. She is very friendly and talkative. Its been great getting to know her. The people working at the shop are very nice. Lastly, i do recommend getting it done and having maria do it. She does great work and makes sure you are very happy.

I won a certificate for microblading for eyebrows! Life changing, they look amazing, Randi was professional, caring and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time. I didnt even know I needed eyebrows until I got them! I love them, feel they have taken years off and with the fibroblast that I had done on my eyelids by Maria ( who is also outstanding, knowledgeable and made sure I understand what is going on) I am looking forward to being in my 60s knowing I no longer look tired or cranky! I cant say enough about how happy I am with Forever Tattoo and the procedures I have had done...🤗

My first trip there was with my daughter. She had some fairly extensive work done by Jerry. I have since had him redo the 20 year old tat I got while I was Active Duty and couldnt be happier with his work.Although the parking lot is a bit sketchy, the shop is clean and tidy. I am not sure what the one reviewer was talking about or maybe he has never been in a tattoo shop before. Forever is actually done more for artistic quality than the prison looking tattoo shops that most people are used to seeing.The entire staff is pleasant, polite and give an air of artistic quality versus renegade attitude. They are very nonjudgmental and seem to only care about getting the client the piece that they want. The guy that does the piercing is very personable and seems to be as into the artwork as any of the artists. They are all great.I highly recommend Jerry, though. His work is really incredible and the shading he does is just mind blowing. He truly is a painter with a tattoo gun.

This shop is the most friendly and cleanest shop I’ve ever visited throughout the western United States. The owners are friendly and personable and the tattoo artists are all wonderful people. This is an awesome shop with a lot of talented artists! There is a wide variety of styles at this place from classic, realism, coverups, all the way to hair tattoos. I know a lot of people who have been to this shop with a variety of requests and they have all turned out great. If you need a new place to try that will get you what you want, this is a great place!

I’ve been tattooed by both Caine and Andie and both have been amazing. Making sure to check design and placement and make sure I’m happy with them before the stencil is placed.

Caine did a great job on my leg piece. I have only recommended clients to see him. I do want to get more done from him, just need to wait on some funds lol. Highly recommend this place. Never had a piece done by Alex the owner but only has heard good reviews.

I was amazed!!I loved Abigails work, she is GREAT! I had seen her work on a co worker and HAD to have her do my work, even tho I live a ways away from the shop. She was so welcoming to my needs, able to capture what I wanted and her prices are unbelievable!But I am supposed to be talking about the shop, so hear it is. I loved the vintage decor mixed with the modern feel of Forever Tattoo. The music was loud, the buzz of the tattoo guns, and the overall excitement in the shop made me feel right at home.I most definitely will be making the drive to get more work done soon :)

My husband and I went on our yearly kidless adventure. We were walk ins and Andie did my dolphin and Ashley did my husbands crab! We are very pleased with both artists and they were all so friendly! I changed my shirt because I spilt coffee on it and ended up locking my keys in the trunk we got our tats while waiting for the lock smith when he showed up he wanted way more than what I was told on the phone. Andie went above and beyond his artist skills and helped my husband break into our car! We are so thankful for him and we want to go back next year for our next tattoos!!

Extremely unsanitary shop overall. Only decent artist there is the guy with face tattoos. Clean traditional and script. But the exterior is shady, the sign cant be read from the road which should have been a sign not to enter in the first place. and when I walked into the bathroom, I saw a sink where the artists had been dumping their blood contaminated water, and it was dripping onto the floor.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had to for this place. I just want to start out by saying I work in the medical field and I saw an incredibly clean performance by Caine. He washed his hands multiple times, everything was wrapped in plastic, all new materials and sterile. When he dropped something, it was disposed of and a new item was opened. To me, clean technique and sterility were vitally important to choosing a new artist.. As I deal with it all the time at work. He had his blood borne pathogens certificate on display. He was constantly wiping things down and gave great instruction on after care. Caine is an amazing artist who is humble in his craft. I feel after researching so many locations in Vancouver this shop is a place all should check out. I will be making this my new refuge for future pieces of art.
