I called this morning because I want to renew my ID, and after that she rudely told me to cell other department but when I ask her if she knew the phone number for that specific department she proceeded to tell me that she “Don’t Know” and hang up on me. I felt really bad. lack of education as if she didn’t got taught in school some good moral and right conduct .

Good friendly people. Fast service. It is busy now and wait times have increased by half hour

It was the quickest & the most pleasant experience Ive ever had dealing with DOL! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had cleared my entire morning expecting to be there for a couple hours at least and I was there in total about an hour. And most of that was spent waiting for my ride to come pick me!!

I wish I could give zero stars but one will have to do. I was told that I could write an email or text message saying that I give permission for someone to go pick up my plates. So I did, and after that person took the time to do me a favor they get there and were told that they cant have them. I had to call them back and ask them why they didnt give the plates over and was told that it has to be a hand written note with my signature and Vin number. Which I was not told when I called the first time. So now I get to drive around without my plates for more days then needed and risk getting a ticket because of their lack of communication.

I called ahead of time, two days ahead of time. A woman told me they could give my a drivers permit test, and that I could walk in. I called the next day to confirm, and to confirm their hours; same answers.I get there, I wait for an hour and a half. They tell me they DO NOT have anything to do with drivers licenses.I stepped outside, called the number I had called the day prior and the day before. I ask if they do DRIVERS permit testing, the woman on the phone says YES. I ask their location, they give the one Im standing outside. I tell them I just was told that I could not get my DRIVERS permit there, and she responded that, yeah, we only do auto licensing.I spoke to three different women on the phone.There is only ONE Drivers License office on this side of Vancouver, and it is appointment only. It has a months backup of appointments.Why only one star? Because I had no idea that there was a difference between a drivers license and an auto license. Because there is no literature in school, or on any DMV site that references a clear distinction. Because even after asking and confirming the information over and over, even the employees didnt make the distinction until I confronted them about being untruthful.For anyone who didnt know, DRIVERS LICENSE is different than AUTO LINCESE, and this place doesnt do Drivers Licensing.

Still waiting for paperwork (title, tags, plate) on a car we purchased in JUNE! Unfriendly customer service and I have to repeatedly call to see if my plates come in for a different car. They can’t call customers when they come in or put them in the mail 🤷‍♀️

First visit I was treated like garbage for not knowing the ins and outs of registering vehicles. The employee kept pointing that I didn’t know what I was doing and how I should have had this all ready, which I did think I had everything I needed. She kept talking over me when trying to clarify what was needed and didn’t hide her exasperation. God forbid I only do this once every five years or so.Second visit I waited half an hour just for them to tell me they are out of disabled veteran tags and can’t help me. You need to put up a sign saying you cannot service veterans at the moment.Lastly, there is construction right out front and I dodged three 4” nails curled upwards; one was even inside of the doorway inside the office. Don’t waste your time at this place as you’ll end up repeating the mistake of trying to accomplish a simple task.

The lady who was supposed to help was extremely rude and condescending towards me for not knowing about a required document.At least her co-worker next to her jumped in with the required information and was actually polite and helpful

I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes and have not been seen. Horrible!

Ive gone here for years to title/register vehicles and its always been a good experience. The employees are friendly and Im in and out quickly.

They are professional and know their stuff. Unlike that place on 136th. They are nice.

Came in to register a car i bought clerk started of being rude then started saying it wasnt his signature on the title and that i would need to go back to the seller and get new signature.. so i left and went to the other license location on NE 136th Ave and she was able to process all paper work with no issues.

Unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, slow, not worth your time. Had a basic question and was talked to like it was obvious I should know. Snotty workers are out of line and disrespectful on more than one occasion and thats enough for me to never return. Low quality business with low quality employees. Go anywhere but here.

The past few years this office has really changed for the better. Wait times have gone down and customer service is great. I went in the other day, and it only took five minutes for me to register my new vehicle. The girl that assisted me was friendly, quick and efficient. And not to mention polite! Definitely appreciate not having to wait close to an hour or more like in the past.

The staff here is very helpful. Ok, it may seem at times that they are curt, but they are very busy, what do you want, a hug or your tags taken care of? I had a difficult problem with a muddy title out of state, that took months to straighten out, chasing people and forms from all corners of the nation. Well, they helped, they made calls, they kept my documents straight, and we sorted it out and got the vehicle titled and registered properly in Washington. Thank you for that. The location is great, plenty of parking, and the wait is never unreasonable.

By far the best DOL in Vancouver area. I drive clear across town just to get help from the lovely ladies that work here. They will not only help you, but also point you in the right direction and do what they can to be as informative as possible.

There was about 20 people waiting for assistance around 3pm on a Friday. There were 4 employees and 1 was assisting a Customer, 2 were on their cell phones and the 3rd was on her computer. We waited for 20 to 25 mins and in that time NO-ONE was called to be helped, NOT a single person. We left and drive to bathe ground where we were immediately assisted by a great person that was efficient and polite. A huge difference in quality of care in 2 different offices!

The young clerk with blonde hair who was working on 12/06 was completely out of line with her snotty and condescending attitude. Hands down the worst customer service Ive experienced. All I needed was honesty and a bit of professionalism. Not from this gem, she was more than happy to be a jerk.

First off, I dont usually take time to complain about this kind of thing, but, my experience here was my worse ever. No exaggeration. I honestly feel like there needs to be a change in staff. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and unhelpful. They lost our paperwork, offered no solution, and then dismissed us like our business didnt matter. I wont be returning here.

I have been doing business with this company for years. The lady’s are very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Any time I have a question I can call and get accurate information. They never act like I am putting them out and always provide service with a smile. I live out of the immediate area and still drive 25 miles to do all of my licensing and title business with them.

I went on a Thursday around 4:30. It was not busy. Two people had tickets in line before me. Comfortable atmosphere.Has toys for kids to play with. Magazines to readI would recommend to go to this location.

This place is a #ucking joke. They are lazy, rude and slow. God forbid you do anything other then the simplest of transactions or they will have you run all over hell for stuff that isn’t needed just to reject your work when you get back. Id rather sit at the downtown one by the courthouse and drive 15 miles out of the way and pay for parking then deal with these incompetent people ever again.

Went in to register a car today and unfortunately ran into some issues from a previous state holding the title. Nicole helped us as much as possible and was very knowledgeable about the situation. I’m hopeful that we are on the right track now, thank you Nicole!

They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Was there a short wait? Yes, but it was also near the end of the month at 5pm. If you dont expect a wait under those circumstances then perhaps you havent been an adult long enough. :)

Super quick and friendly! I got my driver’s license renewed in less than 10minutes! I was so pleasantly surprised.

Not impressed at all... Went in to complete/finalize the sale of my car. I was told I HAD to have the title in order to complete the sale and I was turned away. Not satisfied, I went on out to Battle Ground where they assisted me with the information I needed to have as well as letting me know exactly what I needed to get from my bank and which paperwork I needed to return to the buyer (thank goodness for Battle Ground!) Orchards is the worst informed and least helpful DOL that Ive ever been to....

They are always very friendly and kind-hearted. They always give solid answers and accurate information. The wait always looks worse than it is. They move you through pretty fast.

Went in the morning shortly after they opened and only had a short wait. The staff was friendly (much more so than those at the 136th DOL office) and the process was painless. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Rarely ever do I have to wait in line here, most often get in and out within 15 minutes. Also a super friendly staff that makes license related things as pleasant as possible.

Worst Ive seen. Went in twice and told both times I didnt have all the paper work. Nome of them could tell me the first time what I needed by looking at my info. They dont seem to care to do their job. I recommend the hights office. Nicer workers and no waiting!

Went on Saturday at the end of the month there was a decent line but went quick. do yourself a favor and pre order online then just stand at the counter where you get the tickets and they will just hand them to you with out waiting in line.

Have not been there yet but Im sure its a great place.

Update: I just received my title, and found that the individual who helped me spelled my first name wrong.While I got my title taken care of, they were much slower and less friendly than the DOL office I visited earlier. The particular employee who helped me spoke very unclearly, yet grew irritated with me when I was unable to understand her questions.Comparing costs: they charged no more than DOL, although there is a $2 debit/3% credit fee of you pay with card.

Front counter person handling tab renewals was incredibly rude. Very unfriendly and snapped at everyone she had to talk to. Maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldnt have been taking it out on everyone else.
