I think its fair to say that this company is a scam. I used their website to file my isf. They then billed me for 2K$ and demanded wire transfer. They never explained what the fees were for or what the forms were for that they wanted signed. I signed nothing and found another company to handle my logistics. At this moment, Panda is still sending me logistics information, they have moved my freight without Power of Attorney or a contract, and the continue to request money by wire transfer.SCAM.

I dealt with Anne Liu and she was horrible. Did not return phone calls, never followed up on anything! I had freight shipped from China and they took forever to release the freight. I called and called and when I spoke to her she said it was released. I then traveled 4 hours via truck to get my items and they said it was still a hold on the items. Had to get a hotel to stay overnight and still stuck here trying to reach this lady to get my items released. Horrible customer service and I would stay clear of this company in the future and advise others to do the same!
