By far one of the best nail shops Ive been to., Van did my pedicure and dip on my nails. She was nice and even paid attention to details. My original color I picked for my nails were too light (something that she noticed 😊) she assisted with picking out the PERFECT color. To say I LOVE my nails is an understatement.! The dip is nice and thin not bulging like some other shops application. && the shape is perfect.! Id give 10 stars if I could. Expectations were exceeded.!

Its a hit or miss here Ive had acrylics that I really liked and ones that I wasnt happy with. For the ones I didnt like, I felt that the technician wasnt listening to me, I kept saying I wanted the nails shorter and the response was always no you want them long. I asked for just plain glossy black coffins, they used gel nail polish, which to me was the first sign that the nails werent going to come out as Id hoped, the tech forgot to do the base coat, did three layers of color, then added a matte top coat, realized I had wanted gloss and proceeded to paint over the matte with gloss. These nails came out thick, uneven, and too long. I was there for about 2 hours and while yes maybe I shouldve tried harder to get my way, I was just tired and wanted to go home. Luckily I was able to file the color off, shorten them quite a bit, and repaint them, and they turned out okay. Long story short, speak up more here or just dont go.

Picked this place because I love when a business has an online appointment system. It makes my life easier and avoids confusion. The receptionist knew who we were when we walked in and then asked if we could wait a few extra minutes so that they could sit my husband and I next to each other (thoughtful). They didn’t take long and they were friendly and efficient. I will definitely come back!

I love this place. Mainly because one of their Nail techs, Trinity. Ill follow her anywhere and have. She is AMAZING!

Nice place, they were very busy on a Saturday and were still able to take me in the morning for a gel mani/pedi. Good and fair pricing, very nice work and very polite! I’m only visiting for the weekend but this was the recommended salon from my mom (and we get our nails very differently...) and I will definitely be returning next time I’m in town.

On their website they say the cost of a full set of acrylic nails is $35. When I made the appointment I confirmed the cost at $35. After the nails were done they told me $50. I try to talk to them about bait and switch pricing and they wouldn’t honor their published price of $35. Make sure you get their price in writing! The nails had many flaws and I had to get them fixed at another nail salon.

I had a pedicure and a gel fill with Sidney. I was greeted and taken right in with only about 20 minute notice.She took her time, made me feel relaxed & did a great job on both my pedicure and my fill. I will going back permanently. I have never experienced such a wonderful nail shop!I found Le Nails by accident & I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I did. Heres why...If your like so many of us. Youve been waiting months to get your nails done.In my home town we lack a great nail shop.I unfortunatley learned this the hard way after having had my nails hurt at two different local shops.I was at the end of my rope & was starting to convince myself that maybe I didnt need a full set & pedicure every two weeks.While having a coffee sitting outside of Petes I noticed Les Nails and walked over to purchase a nail file and buffer as I had planned to remove the acrylic that was left after I walked out of the shop that hurt me for the second time.When walking into the salon I was greeted by the sweetest woman EVER. I had asked to purchase a nail file and buffer. She immediately gathered the two & then with a puzzled look asked why? Why are you buying these? I took a deep breath & explained how badly my nails were burnt and cut at the last shop I was at.The gal took my hands into hers and said oh my goodness sweetie, do you have time? For what I asked? She said, to have your nails fixed love.My eyes started to water immediately. I walked in while they were closing. She took the time to listen to me and help me. She saw just how important my nails were to me.Here is where I met Heidi,shes an angel.She beyond fixed what I thought was hopeless.She made me feel beautiful! She blew my mind as a nail technician. I have been getting an acrylic full set for six years.I have NEVER seen talent like I saw talent in their nail shop. Watching the other men and women getting pedicures made me wish I had had more time that day.I made sure to schsdule it my next visit.Today was my next visit.My pedicure was HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE OF MY LIFE! My nails, just take a look! If you havent been, you must! It is straight up a mistake if you dont BECAUSE you deserve the best. So today was my third time here. I made an appointment and it was extremely busy. I still got in on time and even though other customers were having problems I had a great experience. I know what it is like to work in a salon and other busy service industry jobs. These nail techs here work really hard and are very professional and nice considering the stress on Saturdays. Well done. I will continue to come here. I will say i have had three different people perform my pedicure and they were all good. I love my pedicure. Thank you!

I booked an appointment for dip powder nails and ended up with acrylics. I tried telling the technician multiple times that I wanted the powder nails and she just kept pointing to the acrylic powder and saying this is powder they did not understand what I wanted. They also cut my Real nails that I had grown out for months down to nubs and now I ended up with thick acrylic nails. The waxing was good but I will not be going back

I called to get my nails done, and I was told to come in. I was placed with a girl that did not speak English very well and the communication as bad.I tried to explain to her that she did not fully place their acrylic correctly on my right thumb nail, she kept saying cuticle and started cutting my cuticles on a couple of fingers and that was it. I told her never mind. Also, she kept speaking in the heir language which I don’t speak but I know they were talking about me and the girl was complaining. I confronted her and she and the other her lady stopped talking. The lady that did my nails was kinda rude. Not sure if I’ll go back

I get scared going to new places but Heidi did such a good job, nice and gentle with my nails and the shape is just what I wanted.

I had my first facial here with Crystal after my mani/ pedi. It was so relaxing; my face has never felt this smooth and healthy in a long time! I’m 45 and this facial was much needed. I’ve gone to other places and never felt this smooth before. When you go to get your nails done you should look into booking an hour long facial afterwards with Crystal you won’t regret it.

When I walked in we had a little difference over the pricing but post that the experience was only positive ☺️ went for my birthday to get some pampering which I did not mention and my nail tech was Tai, he is new there but did an amazing job. Got a full set and pedicure. Nails look amazing. His work is so neat unlike the last place I had gone to. Did not get the name of the lady that did my eyebrow wax but she also did a good job. Got so many compliments for my nails from everyone I met. Will be returning for future services and already recommended to friends. 😁👍🏻👌🏻

I showed up for my appointment 5-10 minutes early and was immediately set in a chair for my pedicure but proceeded to wait 30 minutes for someone to start on my nails. I asked for the classic pedicure but only received a color change (no hot towel, no lotion, no shaping). I color matched the color on my toes to the acrylic powder I liked but when she began on my set the color was drastically different. I am not one to speak up because I do not want to be a “Karen” but it was so drastic that for one time I spoke up. When i addressed this she told me it just “looks different on different skin tones”. I continued to say that that isnt the color i asked for as she rushed through my nails. At the end I told her that I was unhappy due to the color and shaping so she ended up painting over the acrylic with a matching gel. When she put on the diamond she left it looking like a large clump of glue underneath. I have been here previously a few times and it has been decent work, but this time was disappointing.

I went to this nail shop and Trinity did my nails. Trinity was very nice, on time, and professional. She did an amazing job on my nails and toes. The shop was clean and using all of the safety measures to prevent covid. I really liked their sign in process as well. Paperless!!👌🏽

I took my mom here today to get a manicure for my dads funeral, which is in two days. The technician did an incredibly hasty and sloppy job--the sloppiest Ive ever had, and Ive been in the Air Force for 14 years, so Ive gotten manicures in a lot of different places. The tech spent about 8 minutes each on the both of us, speeding through the filing and cuticle care, slapping some lotion on and rubbing our hands a couple times, and painting two coats of color on the same hand before switching to other hand (no time to dry between coats). We werent asked how short we wanted our nails or what shape we wanted them filed to. The tech also didnt bother to actually clean up the filings on the tips of my nails before they slathered on the base coat and top coat. I honestly am shocked that this salon has so many good reviews, because I would not recommend it to any of my friends. Bottom line, this place was a huge disappointment, and if I could re-do the experience I would have gone to any other salon in Vacaville.

Scheduled an appt drove an hour down to wait 30 minutes to get into chair after another 20 minutes with my feet in water Noone was helping me so I left and wont be coming back. I was a repeat customer and they normally did a great job.

I get my nails done my trinity every 2 weeks and i love her and she always does exactly what i want. Always checks the shape, length and all.

While the manager is super nice and the lady who did my nails the first time ( yes, I had to go back and get five nails re done because they didn’t last two days..) was as well, my gel manicure is not even lasting a week. Five days later and a touch up they were nice to do ( even tho the girl who did my touch up was incredibly rude) this was not worth the $40..I’d understand if my nails were at 1.5 week/2 weeks in doing this but less than a week?? Ugh:(

Came in to get acrylics removed and a manicure gel set . Staff is nice but the lady who did my nails rushed. Theyre uneven, have sharp edges, not painted well, and she was rough in taking off the acrylics which ripped 2 nails. Also. The way she painted them makes them look as if the polish is already grown out. I am not happy . And when asking her to fix an area ot paint an area missed, she seemed to get attitude so I just left it at that. Paid $40 and it definitely is not worth more than $25 smh.In response to owner: i did let her know, she just kept filing them down harder and more roughly. I had to ask for the pain fix a few times , one one finger she had left the whole tip with no polish and I had to point it out. She seemed to get frustrated.UPDATE: went back 1/6/21 and got them redone. Came out a lot better but theres definitely a lack in communication . I was going to get charged until I told the lady this was my nail redo. She didnt believe me so I had to show her and another person the text messages stating for me to come back. At least my nails came out better than the first time

I went here with my sister to get full sets and toes done the first time they came out so beautiful but I went back to get a fill and a color change and paid 40$ then not even two days after the gel polish started coming off the sides so I had to go back in and get them fixed and they charge me to get them fixed. Then the next day the gel polish started coming off.

Sydney was wonderful. Every one was nice!

Sunday (10/13/19 @2PM): Got to get my nails done while a grown adult customer threw a fit, threatened to give them a bad review, treated the employees poorly, while the employees tried their best to cater to this lady’s every need. The lady was confused as to why her mani looked bad, but she kept putting on hand sanitizer right after the employee would attempt to fix it... *hint*.Anyways, my nails look fabulous. I was treated very well and completely taken care of. I only went here because I had a gift certificate, but I will definitely come back!!!

I walked in two days in a row. Day one was a pedicure and it was perfect. Day two was a fill and cat eye gel polish. Kayla did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will visit the salon again!

So this lady messed my feet and hands up!! She hurt me so many times and Tore my skin up worse then before I cam in!! I had to fix it when I got home. It was 1 of the worst nail jobs iv ever had!!
