It’s a very nice atmosphere and very comfortable chairs. I asked for coffin nails and showed the lady a picture. She cut them way too short and I asked her to do it again. She did it with a good attitude (which I appreciated) and redid them. Once she was applying the acrylic. It was very thick and it wasn’t sharp looking at all. She also cut my fingers multiple times. And it was really really painful. I would tell her that it hurt. And she would listen to me. And then she would just keep filing in the same spot where she had just cut me. I don’t know her name so I’m guessing this isn’t very helpful. But I probably won’t be returning. My nails looked horrible. I only left a gold tip because I felt like I was being difficult even though I wasn’t trying to be.

Hanna! Shes the beautiful nail specialist and kind,talented and makes you feel like your #1 paying attention to what you want and she is fast but does an incredible job- Pretty much i drive from Sacramento to Vacaville to get my nails done~ love this nail shop!!

Came in with my wedding party. Had appointments for five. Got us in quick, but two of our party waited to start until two of us were done. Communication was difficult. Nails were done okay, but nothing special. Dont think I will go back.

Huge place, one whole room for manis and a separate room for pedis. They’re taking walk ins during Covid so that’s great. All staff and patrons were wearing masks. They charge 3.75% service fee if you use a debit or credit card, but there’s also an ATM in their so you have options for payment. Love my mani and pedi final product (green almond nails photo,) HOWEVER, my nail tech was NOT gentle. Pulled my hand away a few times and said Ow and she still didn’t get the point to take it easy. I’ve had manicures done before and I’ve never bled as much as I did in this one sitting. I’d go back, but ask for a different manicurist.

I made an appointment,then I sat for 45mins while I watched him sit other people who had no appointments &came in after me!! totally unprofessional!!I left after 50 min.

So Im giving it 2 stars only because Cynthia did a great job on my feet. But today as I sat in the chair getting my feet everyone was pretty much paying with their debit card or credit card not once did I hear the guy tell them they have to take money out of the ATM. Now when it was my turn to pay I pulled out my debit card and he said no can you take money out of the ATM I told him no because I did not hear him ask anyone else. He proceeded to tell me that they charge a %. Well thats fine with me. But again you did not ask anyone else to take money out the ATM. So after he goes ok ok and he took my debit card. Obviously Im pretty sure this happened because Im black and the other patrons that I watched where not.

Had my nails done for a wedding and they placed me with someone with very little experience. She did a not so great job so i returned the next day and they had someone else do them again. They turned out okay but two days later two of them chipped and they dont look natural at all. They are too chunky and a few of them arent smooth on the top. When i called to request a credit they refused. Not worth it.

Great place to get your nails done.They are fast and do a great job.Plus they have a 12 day warranty for your nails. So if they get messed up you can come back and get them touched up within the 12 days from purchase! THATS AMAZING !!

Love place very peaceful also the music was great from all Eros. A very clean place. My eyebrow was done very fast, so we will see how fast they grow or how much do I have to fill in. Over All kinda prices but overall you were greeted at the door. So well worth it. It was nice to see men working in this place also

My nails have been consistently perfect since I started coming here.

For the 3rd time in the past several months, I made an appointment with a specific technician and showed up on time for my appointment, only to find another customer recently seated at her station and I was expected to wait. After 20 minutes I asked the owner how much longer it would be and reminded him I had made the appointment several days earlier. A woman who was also waiting said she and 3 others had also booked appointments for the same time and all were waiting.The technician is wonderful and this is not her fault. The owners clearly arent concerned about client loyalty and customer service.

My 5 star review specifically goes to nick. He is a perfectionist when it comes to nails. I am pretty picky and was v v pleased. I will return, for nick only tho. Like I said I’m picky.

I used to really like this place and would have given it a five if the people who used to do my pedicures for still there. The woman I had this time wasnt able to do any of the design I was hoping to get and tended to argue with me. Also, its just not pleasant when theyre talking in a different language all the time. I had gotten the impression she wasnt very happy with me either LOL. Think Im going to have to find myself another place to get my pedicures

Best pedicures ever, not just in town. Worth the higher rate, they always take their time on you and each time feels like money well spent. I used to get my toes done a handful of times a year. Since my first visit Ive gotten them done a handful of times in a couple months! Plus my regular nail technician Nina is aaamazing! But I do also really dislike the no Debit/credit, Id rather get charged more and have the convenience.

I arrived for a pedicure as a walk-in and was greeted warmly. The place was very busy but they still had a girl who proceeded to give me the best pedicure Ive ever had. Ill always go to Hello Nail and Spa from now on

I was visiting from Southern Calu and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I called for an appointment. They took me in immediately and did a good job. The facility is large, clean and they have a nice assortment of nail colors and services.

First Time customer.. Come see Hannah she is AMAZING. Excellent customer service. Fill and pedicure perfect. The shop is hidden jem in Vacaville.

They do good work, but they are not terribly friendly and at times a bit rude. They have gotten too busy. A friend and I went regularly until we could no longer sit together even when we told them we were coming in together. On the phone they say no problem , but when we got there, they sat us apart.

Also the nail refill was bumpy and the owner is hard to have a conversation with unless he likes you or you talk about something hes interested in.. Went 4 times thinking it would get better each time. It didnt so I wont be back 😶

I went in at 5:30 (they closed at 7) with an appointment and while the got me in quickly they rushed through doing my nails. I got acrylic and I get them very very short and as it approached 7 he rushed through painting them and I had to go home to see my family the next day so couldnt get them fixed. Ill be going to blossom nails next time.

Mindy is definitely my favorite nail technician, but pedicures are awesome with Bobbi and Alex too!

Theres very rarely a wait time here, even though the place stays busy. The manager is very organized and friendly. The rest of the staff are welcoming and all are consistent with quality. Their tools are sanitized in an autoclave. Prices are very fair.

Relaxing and pampered. Ive come here multiple time already and feel so well taken care of every time. I love Lisa, shes definitely refining her skills as I had her do script on my nails as a design. She usually does my shellac manicures and pedi. Ive brought family here and technicians always take their time and give lots of attention to detail. Their Nu pedi is so luxurious!

They were able to fit my fiance and I in a day before we left for our wedding. They were very friendly and helpful on colors.... and we got married on May 5th and now it May 26th and I have to go back and get a fill. I have never was able to go that long without a nail falling off...

And the person I had today for my pedi... well what should say.... my cat could have massage my feet & legs 10 times better!!! I paid good money & tip good only to be treated badly! No more... My experience was HORRIBLE!!! WITHIN 9 DAYS I HAD TO RETURN 4 TIMES FOR REPAIRS. ONE NAIL THAT WAS REPAIRED BROKE THE NEXT DAY AND I DO NOT WORK WITH MY HANDS OR DO DISHES ON A REGULAR BASIS (I HAVE KIDS FOR THAT). ITS RIDICULOUS HOW I WAS TAGGED BY THE STAFF AND OWNER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, EVER!!!
