I couldnt have been happier with my experience with Brookside Barn & Farm! We chose the DIY pig roast for a surprise anniversary party for my parents and Dave was very accommodating. We were a little nervous about doing a pig ourselves, but he took time to talk with us and show and explain how the equipment and process worked (even offering to answer any questions we had while he was on vacation). The event ran perfectly and the pig was delicious--it was an experience that our friends and family will remember for a long time. Thank you!
