What a great experience. The team is awesome, friendly and responsive. My desktop would no longer start. I tried some things on my own without any luck. I brought it to On-Site and they looked it over and we came up with the option to buy a used motherboard. I bought the board, brought it to them and they installed it the next day. It worked. I knew the machine could use updating, a couple of options were suggested with no pressure to do them. Upgraded the machine to Windows 10 and a 1 gig SSD drive and it is so fast now. Didnt lose a single item on the machine. I highly recommend them.

Electrician doing work in my house accidentally surged the power supply on my computer. Onsite was able to fit me into an already full schedule and I was up and running the next day. They also accepted Paypal. Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional.

So, I took my sons pc to this very sketchy pc repair place working out of their home. So, I talked to a woman here and asked her something about myGPU, and she told me she has never heard of that term in her life working as pc technician. So, I was just shocked! And still decided to go there but, the sketchy alarm was on! Then when I got to her house she had a table blocking entrance to her house because of “ Covid” she told me I was not allowed to come in because of covid 19 and told she was having trouble getting into the bios. I told her, listen, I got into the bios about 5 times 5 mins ago, Idk what your talking about, then a guy came out and said, hey buddy this is going to be a while I’ll just call you back when we figure it out! I was like absolutely not! The problem to solve was to enable the onboard graphics card. This business has to be the most sketchy place of all time, I have never felt so strange going somewhere, where I was ready pay good money to have my pc fixed, specially something so I significant, like this. So I ran out of there, to never return again, called micro center and told them I wanted to bring my pc to get it fixed, and I explain to him that I was trying to enable my onboard graphics card, he told exactly how to fix that over the phone in legit 5 seconds, And I proceed it to actually do it myself in 5 minutes. This was at the very least a horrific nightmare of an experience I had there, I personally thought I was going to get robbed. Consider yourself warned!
