I have used this car wash before and the wash was good for the price. However the track that you must line your vehicle onto for the automated system to engage is difficult at best with not enough visual guide to do it alone. Flattened my tire. At least they refunded my money.

Carwash works great! The only complaint I have is that the tire shine has not worked since day one that I started my unlimited wash.

DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION. THEYLL NEVER CANCEL IT. They continue to charge me, more than a month after I cancelled my subscription. I called, spoke to a woman who took my name and number, and said shed call me right back. She never called me back. When I call, there is no answer, and the voicemail message says the line is not set up to take messages. Theyre crooks, plain and simple. Im disputing the charges, but it should never have come to this.

I’ve been in Uvalde for one week. I purchased the unlimited wash membership on day 1. 3 times in the last week I’ve tried to get my truck washed and they’ve been closed with no signs and no notice or consistency. I’ve asked what the dilemma is and the answer is that they’re having to pump water? If a car wash can’t operate during its posted business hours, it needs to fix whatever problem is hindering it or stop charging people for unlimited washes. I’m trying to wash the bugs and dust off of my truck off every single day. I’ve never left a 1-star review. I hope this problem is remedied and I can leave a 5-star review of praise for this business, but for now this is unacceptable.

Paid $15.00 and it was awful. Went through it the first time and it didnt do anything. Then went through it again and there was still soap on car. Doesnt clean around wheel or under carriage.

RIP-OFF NOT RIPTIDE#ALLWYS CLOSED1) They DONT use enough water and the dirt leaves micro scratches and the soap leaves stains all over...The vehicle is dry before it rinses...2) Pray a better car wash opens in Uvalde!!!3) The owners need greatly work on “quality” of equipment and service..4) They probably don’t use over 1 gallon of water per vehicle!!!!5). Their equipment/scrubbers is always broken and your vehicle will hurry through 1/2 of it then sit there and be dry beaten by the spinning materials.6) It’s more like a dry beating sanding wash!!!7) I am stopping my monthly plan...too much damage to my vehicles from their cheap no water wash!!!
