This place is descent in terms of store cleaningnes. Service was quick. I was out of the door in about 10 minutes which never happened in my previous experience.The Latino lady who cut my hair could use better cutting techniques. My hair after the cut is not layered She asked me what size of guard I want to use. How would I know? I am not a professional hairstylst.I am not going to go back to the same lady. I might try someone else.

My first time at Supercuts I got a discount for being a new customer.Lily cut my hair to Perfection, washed and massaged my scalp afterwards and even used an electric shoulder massage tool!I will definitely return here!

I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had here. The woman who cut it cannot do men’s cuts. She kept trying for a “high fade” which resulted in all of my hair being shaved and me having to shave it off for a buzz cut. DO NOT GO HERE.

Avoid at all costs. made an appointment a day in advance, showed up and she had already picked up 2 customers. instead of apologizing she tried to blame me for not being early.

Did not listen to my daughters request. As a result we had to goto another shop to have her hair fixed

I called on Saturday & was told that I had to make an appointment for 3pm on Monday because they were too busy. So I did. I then got a phone call at 1:30pm on Monday telling me that they are closing for the day at 2pm & would not honor my appointment. When I asked why, I was told that there was no one else there and she didn’t want to stay open. When I told her that she needed to honor my appointment, she then changed her story to “I feel sick”. I then told her that if she ever wanted my business again, she would honor my appointment. She chuckled, & asked me what she wanted me to do, that she was sick. So I found another business to cut my hair.I will never go back to Supercuts again & I don’t encourage anyone else to give them their business either!And the other business that I went to & that I highly recommend instead of Supercuts was Mendo Cuts by Raleys.

Got 12 inches cut off my hair yesterday by the manager,forget her name but a lovely women with great hair 😊. Love my new hair cut. Was a pleasant experience all around. Have had mediocre experiences at this salon some years back with different people but it seems they have really stepped up their game. Oh and did I mention my haircut only cost 21$(before tip) Such a great deal!!! Would definitely go back.

$21 seemed kind of high for Supercuts. Theres a barber shop up the road that was cheaper than that, but since I was already there (at Supercuts) I just went with it, and the haircut was fine. But come on, $21 (before the tip) and its not a fancy salon, its just Supercuts?!

Very welcoming staff !! The manager does my hair..she is so professional and beautiful. Positive atmosphere, great cuts and very reasonable prices...I can honestly say I have never had a bad cut. Feels wonderful 🤗🤗

My little brother got a haircut. I had to leave for 10 minutes and when I come back they had told him they wouldnt do the haircut he wanted which was just a simple fade and lineup and instead cut his hair to look like a bicycle helmet. Never going back again.

Best flat top hair cut I ever had. But the girl who does them is out sick for a month.

As a specialist of Japanese salon scissors I know that they all keep their scissors tuned with the best edges. This makes for clean cutting and quality.

When I wanted all my hair cut-off this was the place that did it for me! The hairstyles the cut my hair was named Annie and I love how she did my hair!

They do a fine job, tell them what you want and they do it. Never had a problem with any of the people who work here.

If you go to SuperCuts down on SR ave next to the Starbucks.Do not let Sara do your hair. She is ripping off customers by overcharging them. The owners dont care, or they would of fired her and reimbursed me the 150.00 Sara ripped me off .

Worst Supercuts ever. I use to go to Supercuts in Santa Rosa and always was happy. But here different story. Nothing to rave about.

Almost always ends up the way I want it. Only once or twice in all the times that I have been there was I not completely satisfied.

They really listen to you and do a great job on your hair. Very friendly staff.

Fade was not a fade, my brothers haircut turned out just a top peice and low sides, not what he wanted, my side burns wernt done even or correctly, no line up, still have long hairs on my fade
