The employees there are always very courteous and extremely helpful.. especially when a person is in need and has never had to ask for help and the person really doesnt know how to ask for the help with utilities, groceries, or other needs. The people at PATH will help them and Walk them through the necessary steps..PATH HAS an awesome group of people that help others no matter what the situation may be!

Path is the place to go when one needs help in a critical time in their life. Food is available at certain times, to help families, as well as individuals that are low on funds to buy them. They offer numerous ways of help in Tyler, and Smith County.

PATH truly helped. They are kind-hearted people that cares. Ms Pam Jacobsen is God sent, shes an angel without wings. A big Thanks for yall. May the good Lord blessed you a hundred fold.

I called the dental care....all they do is extractions only....i was referred by medicare...then path....waited all this time...they should know what dental entails...

Staff is quite rude and the phones are less than adequate.

Helps our community a lot. I havent needed them in a very long time. But I know a family who has tested positive and I went there for them and path was very generous. Thank you so much

Really great people there.Not what I would call your typical nonprofit. This is a great place to donate. Because you know its going to the people that really need it

They are kind people .can go once a week if homeless and money I believe if not

Gave me a box of food, diapers, and baby food ..also pads, socks, and water, no questions asked. Great people. Also gave me a resource list. Made me feel welcome when I told them I was embarrassed by my car living situation. I would definitely recommend.

They had a lot of fresh produce but very little on meat selection. Overall more and better selection on everything else. Long wait.

They were very helpful but seemed a little put out. I would definitely take a look at the caseworkers and evaluate their behavior towards the clients. This may not be the job for them. Also, if youre going to put a client on a payment plan on their behalf, it might be a good idea to let them know.

This place helps with rent, food, medical, and clothing. If u need a blanket for the winter they are able to help. Also, if u need diapers, they have the good brands.

I have not went yet but after reading the reviews i feel more hopeful about the out come..I am single and live alone in a apt. My boyfriend left me with rent on a 2 bedroom in south tyler so u know its not cheap..so i heard off this Path through a co worker and she was sure they could help...she said i fit the requirements..i have a job..a note from my apt office stating the amount and late fees on my pass due rent and my check stubs and receipts from previous months paid..and the money order stubs of the full rent on the stubs ..i have no record and no traffic violations..i hold a current C.D.L..and am now working in the medical field ..So to all that may read this...again im goingTuesdaySeptember 3rd 2019I will make a post after my appointment and share my experience and the out come with anyone that may be feeling the way i did when i started reading the reviews in the first place..KINDA LIKE IS IT WORTH A TRY?WELL IM GOING TO FIND OUT TOMMORROW!

They arent much help good as a food Bank but otherwise fair

Great place that really helps you with food and other resources.

Wife and I went for rent assistance during this hardship we are going through. Have 4 kids in home we just had to move in abruptly and chaoticly out of old house due to old landlord selling home. We needed and still need help with our rent. I recently lost my job and my wife is looking. We went to PATH to get assistance and was denied for not having any income coming in. Defeats the purpose of assistance. We are not dope hears no drugs and do not drink alcohol either. Good up standing husband and wife that are going through it right now. Just sad that they can help but wont. Were not the type of people to rely on help ever, it just came up and were desperately in need.

I love PATH because they really help the community. Its all free. They are caring and helpful.

If you go to PATH every month you know what is a great place if you ever find yourself needing help with groceries paying bills or really anything from dentist visits to doctor appointments they help you will need documents for your first visits like mail with your name and current address an ID or your license
