ThyssenKrupp doesn’t actually service our elevator through the year unless we call for service and tell them we have a problem. The periodic service agreement cost thousands of dollars annually and they don’t even come on property to inspect the elevator other than one time a year for a safety certificate.That same maintenance agreement allows them to increase pricing at will. The agreement is five years with automatic renewal after five years for another five years.
