Even though there were lots of customers, the young lady got to my granddaughters ear piercing quickly. She was very friendly and did a great job.

Daughter got ears pierced and lady was very nice. Made sure we were happy with were they would go on ear. She redid the dots several times till we though was absolutely perfect. Well done!!

The lady that worked that day was very nice and social...she took her time piercing a young baby... Then when the mommy wanted a piercing she explained everything... Great store...great prices...great service...

I got my second piercing here. The customer service was great and the lady who pierced my ears was quick. She sanitized everything and made the holes spot on. I even got a multi purpose coupon for having my ears pirced. The prices are amazing. I am very happy with Icing and will be shoping there more often. Do not by any means go to this store to get yours ears pierced! The sales lady did not listen to me whatsoever and pierced my ears with earrings that Im allergic to!!!

Can get some hair ribbons and nail polish there.
