Tina McKay was very gentle, friendly, and professional! Test results came back the next day !! I will definitely use Labcorp for any future needs !!!

I have used Labcorp several time for drug testing for my employer. They are friendly and fast and the facility is always clean! There is never a wait time at all because they get you in and out so quickly. The check in kiosk is super easy as well! Vanessa did my testing and she is always so nice and very professional. Tina is also very informative and very nice! Overall enjoyable experiences. I plan to continue using Labcorp as long as possible!

Tina and Vanessa are friendly, caring, accommodating and get you in and out in a hurry! Great, professional atmosphere. A very peaceful environment!! They both have smiles that will lift your day.

Have had blood work done here several times. Have had good experiences each time. Today Tina checked me in and took my blood. She was friendly, pleasant and efficient. Hardly felt the stick. I was in and out quickly.

I’ve had my blood drawn by multiple different nurses at other places and have had terrible experiences. Vanessa and Sarah have done an excellent job with my lab work and very quick. These folks are very professional, especially Tina. She dealt efficiently with an insurance issue, was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and they took care to guard my privacy and limit exposure to other clients.

Called customer service & billing to find out pricing on labs that my Dr. ordered. The lady was extremely rude and told me to call my insurance company then hung up the phone. This is the 2nd time they have hung up on me.The lady I spoke with at the Tyler office was much nicer and tried to help me get this information.

Tina did a great job fast and easy very professional did what the phlebotomy at Dr office couldnt do after 3 times. Thank u so much

Wow! I love my team at the Tyler LabCorp! They know we’re coming in because we need to check up on our health. These darling and kind staff members have always showed me love and kindness. And even give me sticker when I leave. The clinic is well run. The facility is clean and well managed. 2020 has been a challenge for so many people and the staff always wants to get to know you and always ask questions about your current health. They are 100% engaged with their clients. They even add me to their prayer list.

This LabCorp in Tyler Tx has been a life saver. The staff are all so nice. Tina is fabulous and I am a very hard stick but she always gets my veins. Love this place!

My first time to LabCorps. I was able to check in and conveniently and safely wait for my turn in my car, which turned out to be less than a 2 minute wait. The receptionist was polite and efficient and had everything ready for me to be sent right back for my blood draw. Tina, the phlebotomist, listened to my concerns patiently. I am notoriously a very difficult stick with horrible veins inherited from my dad. Tina is a One Stick Wonder!! Very much appreciated since over the past two weeks nine attempts had been made to draw blood with zero luck. Guess where I’ll be going from now on! That’s right, to see Tina. Thank you!!!!

The people at this Labcorp don’t even deserve one star, it’s the only way I can make a comment & obviously the handful of negative comments make perfect sense after a rude greeting and a door being slammed in my fiancé’s face. He needs to do this for a new job. They told him, by email, 1-5 and refused him at the door telling him it’s 4. I guess the hours change depending on the banshee’s mood. The lady mentioned in almost every comment is notorious for being awful it’s a surprise she still has a job after all this time and stuff stacking against her. Best of luck to your company, maybe get better staff...

Amazingly rude and unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews so thats saying something. I arrived on time and was told go to the right - apparently I was supposed to know to go into a room with the lights off. I then notified staff that I had another order in my email. I was told they dont have an email address to send it to and Id have to leave to print it and come back. I asked where they suggested, to which they replied the library I guess. So I had to drive 3 miles to FedEx on the loop to print my orders and come back. She was at the desk playing on her phone, then when I got my blood draw she sighed the entire time and literally tossed the blood tubes into a basketAbsolutely poor service. Wont return.

Ive had to come so many times in the last few months and everytime when Tina sticks me I never feel it she is 👍great

Rude customer service got there at 4:05pm and was told by the lazy lady chatting it up on her cell phone that they stop drug testing at 4pm. It takes 10 seconds to pee in a cup and leave. They close at 5pm not sure why when all they do is play on their phones and refuse customers after 4pm.

Worst customer service ever! My email said they were open until 4:30 for drug testing. Called before making the drive to Tyler (you can’t talk to a real person) and it also said they were open for testing until 4:30 and it’s better to come late in the afternoon.Get there at 4:03 and the lady at the front desk wouldn’t let me do my test and said they closed testing at 4:00. Sorry but a sign on your front door is not good enough when all your other communications say your hours are otherwise. At-least update your phone message to reflect the hours.

I can not believe the hours at this LabCorp are M-F 8-noon only. As sick as people are right now and all the covid testing that is going on you would think a lab would be open at least 8-4. This is ridiculous.

Angie was great. My doctor sent over orders that needed to be sent to outside lab. She had to call to get instructions. Then pulled out blood and got in and out in quickly. She is the best phlebotomist too everyone has problems finding a vein she got it !!Thanks

I went to take a drug screening & Lab work for an employer. The lady (Caucasian) was slightly rude!!! She asked me why I was washing my hand so throughly...like she just didnt see a male come out of the same rest room WITHOUT washing his hands like we both were instructed. Why wouldnt I wash my hands good after touching a nasty door knob?? Then talked about my shoes cause I had changed them from heels to slides before coming there!! She was so Rude and I should have gotten her name.

Was paying out of pocket and the staff saved me a hundred dollars by telling me an alternate way to pay for the labwork I needed. They were kind and efficient.

Staff was not polite. No receptionist to greet, check in is a computer kiosk that you will miss while you wait for a person to come Bc it looks like a check in desk but apparently it’s not. Staff discuss client information loudly no privacy.

I was waiting at the sign in desk for about 15 minutes before they even came to the front to see if they had someone there, then after waiting 15 minutes the lady who greeted me was very rude. I forgot my ID in the car so ran out there to grab it, which took less than a minute, and she was gone again for a good 10 minutes! So rude and inconsiderate!

This place is a joke! The A/C was out and apparently had been out since the week before. There werent fans or anything. I sat and waited for two hours to get a blood test in a waiting room full of sweating people. LabCorp should be ashamed of this place.

Dont show up at 1131.....they will turn you away...apparently they take 2 hour lunches, so from 1130-1:30, you will not be seen.

Terrible service

Came in the building and the front desk people were just watching videos and had an attitude when I asked where to sign in. Very unprofessional and honestly don’t know how this place is still a thing.

Online said only 8am-1130am, and 1pm-430pm, for your surprise they have a sign at the door that said we will be out to lunch today from 12:30pm-1:30pm, I get it this people must be very independent and not care about customer, its cool if they need to change their lunch hours, whats not cool they dont send you a notification about their change in schedule, what a waist of technology and money, and not to mention the waist of my time.

If you are concerned about catching Covid, dont go to Labcorp. Of course, there is little effort to get customers to wear masks. You expect that in East Texas. But the nurses are just as lackadaisical. They consider their masks to be neck ornaments. So apparently, they dont care about patient safety either. It makes one wonder, what else do they do in a sloppy manner.
