Prices are fair, they seem very busy which can only mean satisfied customers but hemmed pants well. Fair prices just a little too busy at times. Expect to wait 5 to 10 mins. Otherwise great store

I have to say, I’m very disappointed. I was so excited to have found a cleaners close to my house, but due to my experience, I can no longer use this place of business. I wouldn’t even call it a place of business. I highly recommend you find a different cleaners or tailor to use.

They ruined my girlfriends property and refused to take responsibility for it. Not only that, but they also were extremely rude to her and disrespectful. I suggest you look for another place to dry clean or get tailored. And the owner thinks I am not a customer so he can have this real review taken down!

I have been a client of this tailor and cleaner in Tustin for many years, but I will NEVER EVER use them again. They ruined a pair of my very expensive leather shorts and refused to take responsibility of the damages, and they would not refund me!! Not only that, they blamed me for my body shape and for the way I wear the shorts. This disrespect and poor workmanship is unacceptable and I will NEVER use their service again. The staff was very rude and I strongly recommend to not use their service. The picture attached is better than it looks. I had to go in 4 times to try to fix the shorts and they still were not able to fix them. This shows their lack of knowledge and expertise in their profession. HIGHLY not recommended.

Jenn, the owner is so talented and so sweet!! She knows fabrics, the way it falls, the way it will look on her customer before ever cutting! I sing her praises for what she was able to do to a simple white dress. She made my wedding dress look like something out of a fashion magazine! I will be back!

My go-to place for all alterations. Nice fitting rooms. Im in and out in 5 minutes and the charge is always reasonable. No complaints from me for the last several years. They always ask the right questions before marking the pants or skirts as to what type of shoes Ill be wearing and how I like the length.

I have had good results with simple alterations, but I will never take expensive business suits again that require expertise from a tailor. Recently I paid top dollar for suit jackets to be modified and they were ruined after the visit. Not joking- I had to go buy a new suit the same day.

Wanted to charge 63$ to sew 4 straight lines

$29.95 to have my daughters prom dress hem a small amount and $19.95 to have spaghetti straps sewn into the dress. I provided the straps and asked that they sew them into the dress. The straps were sewn in with these cheap clear plastic rings. The straps lasted less than an hour. The first time my daughter sat down her right shoulder strap broke. As it turns out the POS cheap ring they used to hold the straps snapped in half. For the rest of the night my daughter had to hold her dress up because without the straps it was a bit too big. I will find a new alterations place. I wont trust this group with important alterations ever again.

Frustrating nonsense everytime they advertise a coupon, but find some way to not honor it. They post coupon $6 regular pants hem, yet when you bring in they say only skinny jeans not regular! Check in person is not particularly courteous or helpful. Hours are very good though.

I wish I could say something positive about this place but I will never come here again based on my one and only experience: I could only find my favorite jeans in a 32 inseam. That is too long for me, so I came here and asked them to make it the same length as a 30 inseam pant. They asked for three days to hem one pair of jeans. Fine. When they gave it to me it was waaaay too long (basically still a 32) so I took it back. They graciously had me pay half to have it hemmed again, and had me wait another three days. This time, it is 1.5 shorter than any 30 inseam pant I have. Thanks guys, for not being able to hem a simple jean. I basically paid an extra $9 on top of my already expensive jeans to destroy them. What should I do with my new useless pants???? Will you be buying me a new pair?

Got quoted for $16-30 to hem dress and cape on Yelp. Showed up at the shop and had to wait a long time. After changing, measuring, and quote, the price turned to $95-115. What a waste of 30 min!!! Slow service, misleading quote, terrible! Got it done at another shop for way less than their final quote. Don’t waste your money and energy here.

Just had six pairs of slacks hemed. They did a good job on all hems. Only flaw is that they pressed a crease in one of the slacks on the sides of the leg instead of down the middle. Easy mistake to make but I will have to fix before wearing out.

I took my skirt in to have the waist taken in. When I picked it up and tried it on at home, the hem was extremely crooked. Jagged like a witches skirt. I took it back and the lady was trying to convince me that all she did was change the elastic and since the fabric is cut in a circle, that was the result. Im not sure she knows what a circle is, but simple geometry tells you that the center is equidistant all the way around which is why its a CIRCLE!!!!!! She said she never touched the hem, and why would she touch it if she is not getting paid to thats so funny that she said that, because im pretty sure I didnt have to pay her 20 bucks to ruin my skirt. I could have done that myself for free. I showed her the inside of the waist and how uneven and bunched the stitching was which caused the bottom to be uneven. When turning the skirt, NOT ONE area is strait. The only thing she offered to do was fix the hem. Even tough she ruined it by not sewing the elastic strait, it would be at and additional cost. She did also offer to take out the elastic and put it back the way it was. (too big) Gee THANKS! I was not going to EVER come back, so I decided to pick up a pair of jeans I left and count this one as a loss. The jeans I picked up now roll where she hemmed them so thanks for messing up my designer jeans too. I never saw any of the commercials mentioned in other reviews about the prices being cheap so the low prices were not my motivation. But I dont consider $20.00 for resewing elastic on a skirt cheap either! They DO NOT know what they are doing!!! No matter the price, you still end up paying more in the end. Dont go.

Great place to get clothes fixed

This place is a real hit or miss. Some of the jobs are reasonably priced, but others are ridiculous. I recommend going somewhere else to shorten sleeves.
