These guys are like a great handyman, but for tech. I call them with my big and small technological problems, and they always solve my issues. Theyve gotten me back online after computer crashes, and helped buy and organize several computers for my office. Excellent work. Cant even say how good they are.

I had purchased an older generation CNC machine at a bargain. I’m not very technical and could not get in running. The guys at GenTech solved my problem relatively quickly. They had to build an older version PC because the software was obsolete. Not only do the upgrade to the best features, software, hardware, and all other ware. They also downgrade( LOL) when it’s applicable to get my dinosaur of a machine running. They were concise,punctual, and beyond professional every step of the way.
