Made an order; they came a week and a half later, didn’t fill up ice machine, left about half empty. Said they’d be back in a few days to fill the rest of the way up, here we are close to 2 weeks later with an empty ice machine and they can’t get me an ETA. All I keep hearing when I call is we left a voicemail with our distributor.

I work for a major retailer in the Tulsa area. We have been without ice for two weeks now along with Quick Trip and several businesses area. Whats the problem?in the Collinsville ok

Everytime I order ice they never bring it . And when i call them back to check my order .they tell me it was deleted and i have to order again. I have a hundred guys I get ice for its happen 3 times. Thanks
