Absolutely horrible service I called four times just to ask a question and each time the phone was being picked up and hung up so I ended up going up there just to do one load of laundry. I heard the phone ringing saw the lady pick it up and hang it up how can you have a business if customers cant even call to ask simple questions because your employee is constantly hanging the phone up. This employee was also very rude about every little question anyone asked had to take my stuff and go to another one definitely will not be back

Every time I call the phone is being answered and then hung up Im not sure why. I have noticed from previous visits that the employees are very rude when it comes to answering any questions this could be why

Very clean for a laundry place. Most of the help is friendly and helpful. Only one crabby person there so far. Cheap dryers. And the equipment there works well.

Like this place..depending on the day and time it has plenty of washers and dryers. Dont depend on certain employees to look enthusiastic..lol but they do keep it clean. Pop and candy machines for your convenience..people can get a little weird and ive seen some hot heads come through but thats to be expected when you stay out..lol Its the Spot out here!!

Alot of area,plenty of washers and dryers. Fairly clean and well maintained, I would give it 5 stars if it was anywhere but across the street from mclain high school,the area is terrible and so are most of the people.

I love the machines and dryers. And its close to my house. But there is a problem with the afternoon/evening attendant she brings her homelife to work with and has attitude with everyone after that. And this trip we had some dust and dirt from our animals. She had an attitude towards us about. We have offered more than once to her to clean up after ourselves and she wouldnt let us. This time it was like an inconvenience for her to clean up. I can always go elsewhere and spend $30 on laundry.

Facility and machines were good. Lady running it was rude though.

Gets my clothes as clean as any laundromat can, reasonably priced. and its located close enough to home to not make laundry day any more of a hassle that it needs to be.

Nasty workers consistently make Laundry Station IV an unpleasant place to go. And its a shame, because otherwise I would have rated it highly. The machines are simple to operate with cards instead of quarters, and there is plenty of room and plenty of machines. It could be a high class place if they didnt scrape their employees off the streets. Customers are to be treated with respect and courtesy.

This is a good place to do laundry. Fair prices. Wish yall offered free dry as long as you wash. Alot of other places offer this. Or maybe have a free dry day. 7 minutes for 25 cents to dry is a bit steep. Even on high setting. Some of my dryers didnt seem that hot.

I rarely have bad to say got till today .Got there 8 pm had lots of laundry and money to spend laundry attended was rude mean and I spent 30 $ to do laundry over somewhere else since I could not wash and dry . I will never go back.

We love doing are laundry there great place to go and good people that work there. They are real helpful.

Not a big fan, the water in all 3 of the machines looked extremely dirty with my whites (which are not dirty) the dryers do not heat up to high (only 3 of the 6 we used got hot) it was ok for my brothers clothes but I would not go back and use it for mine

When a place is supposed to be open at 7am, I expect the doors to open at 7am. Its only been 4 minutes and its still not open. Lets see how long this will take
