They are not open on sundays as google has them listed. Drove across town for nothing

Our clothes came back smelling like smoke. They said that had never happened before and rather than issuing a refund made us give them back to try again. I just got them back today and one of the coats is wet and smells like mildew. The nice lady working the store apologized and was also disgusted at the smell of the coats but because she isnt a manager she cannot give me a refund. She also admitted that others had recently sent clothes back because they also smelled like smoke. Be careful using this business. I am waiting on the manager to call me because I will not let them have my possession of my clothes anymore.

No line to wait in. Was greeted very nicely and promptly. My clothes were as I ordered them and was a reasonable price. I paid by card and was given my receipt then left with a have a nice day. Thank you la mode cleaners.

My deaconess scarf (similar to a clergy stole) has red fringe that bleeds. After washing it by hand, I had to use bleach on a Q-tip to touch up all the pink streaks. I was doubtful a cleaners would be able to do anything with it, but LaMode cleaned, starched and pressed it. It looks almost good as new, was ready the next day and all for only $4.75

Havent used LaMode all that much yet but their shop is decently located in Utica Square, staff was friendly, and my shirts came out spotless and pressed well.
