I got my eyebrows threaded here and they did an amazing job. The service is incredible, Mona was very sweet and she helped me feel more comfortable. The store overall was clean and well kept up with. Their business is very professional and welcoming.

My girlfriend and I both got our eyebrows done and didn’t see until we got to some actually good lightening all the tiny hairs she did not clean and how she in fact made an eyebrow shorter than the other on BOTH of us. We held off on getting our brows done since March of 2020 and we wait a whole year for this!!! Completely horrible service. Eyebrows not clean or even AT ALL. I knew she was moving through people quickly but I gave her a chance anyways. I will never come back and I will tell my entire family and friend groups to avoid this place !

I always got my eyebrows threaded here. Yogi used to do my eyebrows. But, she quit working here. The other ladies there were not that good. I got my eyebrows threaded by somebody else since Yogi quite. So, when I went, they made my eyebrows super thin even though my mom was literally standing beside me and telling them to keep my eyebrows thick. They went super fast and left me with scars all over my eyebrows and forehead. The lady also dropped the thread on the floor many times. Next morning, I woke up with pimples all over my forehead and upper lip.( I also got upper lip threaded.) I have clear skin 95% of the time! And, right after I got my face threaded, I washed it and applied witch hazel. I slept in a silk pillowcase. I did my best to prevent an infection. I never had gotten an infection on my face when Yogi used to do my eyebrows. Now, I have gotten them done somewhere else and my skin is still good. So, the main problem wasnt my skin but them.

I’ve always had thicker eyebrows with a nice shape. I had grown them out for months prior to coming here and was hoping for a nice clean up. They were done within 2 minutes and my eyebrows are the thinnest I’ve ever had them, my shape is gone. They’re uneven and look absolutely awful. I also got pimples all around my eyebrows a couple days after getting them done (I never have pimples in this area). Also noticed they do not clean their hands in between customers, do not waste money here.

Worst experience ever !! First off, I’m very proud of the eyebrows I have and always have been, I loved that they were thick and had a natural arch to them, but that changed today due to one of the ladies messing up my eyebrows, I specifically told her “can you make them even and not thin” and she repeated it meaning she understood but once she showed me the finished product my right eyebrow was so round and thin, they are the thinnest I’ve ever had them!! After that she tried fixing them but she ended up making it worse by thinning the right one even more and left it way uneven!! She got rid of the arch I loved so much. And not only that, she was so rude too, I honestly regret even paying $10 for this mess, if I could give 0 stars I would!

I walked up to their business at 6:53PM & was told “we’re” closed. The hours advertised says they close at 7pm. & the were literally sitting there doing nothing. If you close 7 mins prior to closing time, change your hours or close the gate!

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. It felt like the lady who did mine had an attitude and wasn’t putting in any effort to thread my eyebrows. She rushed through my service even though there wasn’t a line. It probably took her a total of 30 seconds and she was very rough the entire time. My eyebrows look absolutely awful. They aren’t even, there’s uneven edges and she made them super thin, which will take months to grow back. I don’t recommend going here.

Literally walked in to the store and was told that there was other stores that did brow services, literally not wanting to attend me or boyfriend for a brow service. Took my money elsewhere, since they were literally kicking me and my boyfriend out of the store. Dont get me wrong, I used to come do my eyebrows here all the time, but feeling disrespected and kicking us out was truly disrespectful and humiliating when all I wanted was service for me and my partner.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible experience.I literally wanted to cry after I saw my eyebrows. I’ve been threading them for over 15 years (first time here) as I’m not local to the area and I have never had a bad experience in all my years from all the different technicians that I’ve done my eyebrows. Well this lady today (wish I knew her name) decided to make one of my eyebrows significantly higher than the other!! Then she tried to say they were completely even and lie to my face when it was obvious that they were completely off. I had three ladies trying to fix my eyebrows but unfortunately the damage was done and now I’m left to wait for months for it to hopefully grow back in. The lady apologized and said no charge to which I replied obviously then she said the next time you come back it’s free as well. I will not be coming back. I’m not so sure if my girl was even licensed because I don’t see how someone could do such a terrible job I really wish I could upload a photo of my new eyebrows they had me in tears all afternoon:(.

I really wish la boutique was still open because I have gone to multiple brow places and everyone has messed my eyebrows up. This location in particular I would never go to again. The lady had a serious attitude, in my opinion towards black people. Because I was respectful, and she still had an attitude. The quality was Terrible compared to la boutique. they charge you more if you use a card. Which isn’t what she told me when I asked how much before I sat in the chair.

I HATE THIS PLACE! they did my eyelashes and they glued them with lash glue to my top layer of lashes and all my lashes fell out when they were removed! They’re PAINFUL AND ITCHY. They are just low quality and the people that work there are HATEFUL

I went to the brow art upstairs to get my first Henna, and was highly impressed! All of the ladies there were so nice. The girl who did my henna was very personable and was just a cool and genuine person, not to mention she did an amazing job! The place was clean and had a good vibe. Ive also gotten my brows done and have always walked out with them looking great. 10/10 would recommend.

I arrived at 8:49, but was denied service because they were closed. The shop was empty the first time I arrived. Then, minutes after I left, the workers allowed another customer of much lighter skin tone in, and they provided her with the same service I requested. When I asked the women working why they gave the caucasian woman service, but not me, they acted as if they did nothing wrong. One of the women laughed and continued speaking to her other co-worker in Hindi. She claimed the customer was a friend from out of town. I arrived first and was denied service (during store hours), but a much lighter woman was given service minutes after I was denied. This was a blatantly racist experience. I will not be going back. I encourage you to do the same.

Got my eyebrows done here over a year ago and they messed them Up so bad I’ve had to let them grow out since. I’m going on a bachelorette trip and I went here after work, bc it was right by my job, to get them done. Asked the lady to keep them as thick as possible but just clean them up!She spent less than 2 minutes on them and when they were done one had an arch and one was flat as a board. Now I’m gonna have to take another year to grow them out to fix it.

My wife: I asked for eyelash extension and all she did was glue in lashes. I would not pay $55 for eyelashes to be glued to my lash line. I wanted extensions for my wedding so I didnt have to worry about glue taking out my natural lashes. Which I told her. On top of that the ventilation was so horrible that they had me hold a fan to my face for my eyes to stop watering, which was fine but then the fan kept needing to be charged every 5 min. So it ended up being a terribly uncomfortable process. Then when I told her I wanted extensions so they were longer she told me I didnt need longer. She said it would last 10-12 days and it lasted 2.5. So I paid way too much for something I didnt want and then what I didnt want didnt even last as long as it should have. The only plus is I didnt lose a lot of natural lashes because of them falling out in 2 days. They may do eyebrows well (according to some reviews) but dont let them touch your lashes.

They are quick and do a decent job. But the other reviews are right, they don’t actually look at the shape of your brows and listen to what you want. I’m in the process of growing out my eyebrows due to how uneven and thin they’ve become since coming here.

I got an eyelash lift and tint by Ana and it looks amazing! I have blonde eyelashes so I always wear mascara and now I don’t have to! My lashes look amazing and are curled and dark without any makeup on. It looks like I have lash extensions without makeup on. Ana is so nice and professional and did such an excellent job. She made me feel so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I won’t go anywhere else!

Love getting my facial and eyelashes there. My face always feels so soft and looks amazing after leaving. Also, my eyelashes look so natural that no one cant tell that they arent even mine. Thank you brow art 23 for doing such a good job and thank you Ana for being amazing at what you do.

I will never ever go back. Today the lady took pictures of me without asking, took her sweet time trying to figure out how to take the pictures and send them to someone, took about 15 minutes doing my eyebrows (usually takes less than 5) then got on her phone again and when she finally gave me the mirror I had spots of hair missing and spots of hair that she had completely missed and she made them way too thin. Then she blamed it on my make up & another lady gave me $2 off. That does absolutely nothing. I have cuts all around my eyebrows and it hurts.

First time getting my eyebrows done here and love the end result! Only one lady doing the threading but she was quick so i didnt have to wait long with multiple ppl ahead of me and she does a great job. Will continue to go here for future eyebrow maintenance.

So I have never had a problem with brows or facials but I had eylash extensions put on, it was horrible. The next day a chunk fell off, I was in pain and my eyes were itchy. My aunt made me go to a different company where the lash artist told me that I had a Millimeter bead of glue holding my lashes to my SKIN. Shawna at Lash Lounge save my eye lashes and kept me from getting and infection. The experience was completely different than from Brow Art. Lash longe staff gave me a consultation and explained everything. Unlike brow art I didnt have to hold my own fan and eyes open while they applied the WRONG kind of extensions to my eyes. Brow art use plastic clusters used for temporary use and sell them as high quality lash extensions that can last up to 3 weeks. These kind of extensions are temporary due to the damage they can due to lashes when worn at length, they also are to heavy for a single lash which is why you shouldnt waste $55 plus a tip on this place for a scam.

I had my eyelashes done for the first time at the one by the food court. Bad bad bad. I thought they look pretty till later that afternoon when i got home and noticed that the lady put way to much glue on them. Thid was 3 weeks ago! I had to go to a professional to have my real lashes cut because the glue would not release! Worst experience ever. My eyes were burning so bad to find out that your not supposed to have your eyes opened while there being put on cause the glue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting lashes done there. They need to stick to the threading not lashes. They do a good job at threading but NOT lashes.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I got eyelash extensions here on Sunday.. they make you keep your eye open during the entire process (which is not normal) and handed me a mini fan to hold while they stuck lashes to my skin. It was the most painful experience ever. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. I ended up paying to get them removed at Flutter. They used so much glue that it irritated my eyes. I wouldnt get my lashes done here even if it was free.

Love this place! My sister lives in Tulsa so I visit periodically and come here every time. They are the only ones I trust to never make a mistake - definitely recommend.

I like going here to get my eyebrows done, but my only thing is customer service is awful. When there was a wait I went Up and said hey I want to get my eyebrows done. And the lady looked at me like why are you talking to me? But she said to me “you are going to have to wait ma’am” and I thought her tone was a little sarcastic and then she went back down on her phone.. that’s only one example, but I’ve been going the last few months and the women don’t smile much or anything, so I think Customer service is lacking and the ladies are not super nice here. Probably will go look for somewhere else to get my eyebrows done.

The food is great and sauce is just right and not to overpowering and really lets you taste the flavor of the meat and the service is very friendly and fast! Bring your appetite when you come here!!!

Im mixed on how to review these folks. I have been coming here twice a month for the last two years. Sometimes they do good and sometimes not so. Theres times if I wonder if the ladys there are pissed because it hurts like hell and other times that the same lady does my brows and I dont feel a thing. Dont be afraid to ask for the same person and wait if you have to. My girlfriend got her brows done by a lady we have never seen before and she messed them up. My girlfriend was not happy and I tried not to laugh. One brow was round and the other was not. The place is clean. The price is cheaper at promanade mall. $8.50 there compared to $10.50 over here and that does not include tip. If you pay with cash they knock ¢50 off. The ladys dont talk to much though they are nice and polite. Last complaint is breath freshness. Someone needs to tell the staff to chew gum and to use mouth rince, I dont mean this as disrespectful. I personally dont want to sit that close to someone breathing on me with stank breath. This is not the case all the time.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!!!!! I recently got the cluster lashes for $45 and it was my first time ever having fake lashes. Getting them on was a good experience, however the two week limit for these was up and I went to have them removed at flutter eyelash salon who were very helpful. They worked for an HOUR on them trying to get them off. Unfortunately pulling some of my real lashes off in the first place because of the glue brow art had used was literally like SUPER GLUE. SOME OF THE LASHES WERE GLUED TL MY SKIN AND GETTING THEM OFF WAS VERY PAINFUL. The worst BURNING sensation because they were glue on to my eyelid..... Youve been warned... Cheaper is not better... GO TO FLUTTER EYELASH SALON IN BROKEN ARROW. trust me, Ive learned my lesson.. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!

Iv been to a few different threading places before but this was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! I went yesterday and not only do my eyebrows look awful but they also cut the skin in multiple places which is still incredibly red and sore today ....... WILL NOT GO BACK!

I got my eyebrows threaded. They did not take the time to study my eyebrow shape or anything. I was left with 2 extremely thin strings above my eyes. I just want to cry every time I look at the mirror or think about it.

My daughter and myself went to get our eyebrows threaded and the lady threaded my whole face. Places where I didnt even know that I had hair. She asked if I wanted my hair under my eyes threaded and I asked Do I have hair there she replied Yes and she then proceeded to thread my skin. It was so painful! I didnt want to have 1 side done and the other not so she finished. The next day my face was all broke out and is painful. I would not recommend this place. I feel she didnt listen to me and when I asked a question she answered for me and quickly started to threading without my consent. I wouldnt recommend having Sunida thread your eyebrows. Unless you are ready to have a massive rash on your face and your whole entire face threaded, not just your eyebrows or whatever she feels like threading. She will thread your face if you want it threaded or not. I have been before and was treated very nice and got only what I wanted threaded but NEVER again will I go back. Good luck if you choose to have Sunida thread your face. Its making me give them at least 1 star but I wouldnt give her that.

Nothing is more disappointing then growing your eyebrows out for a photo shoot, going to this location upstairs at the Woodland and being HIGHLY disappointed. The point of getting my eyebrows done is so that I DONT have to go back home with tweezers and fix them. Also, the girl that does henna needs a lot more practice.

I was very disappointed with my vist there, I got my eyebrows threaded and the lady did a terrible job. My eyebrows are not even, one is cut extremely short and the other is to far back I had them shaped how I wanted them to be and now they are in a completely different shape. Won’t be going back.

The one woman that I absolutely LOVED does not work here anymore. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here 3 times since my favorite lady quit and all I can say is I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Not only did my eyebrows come out UNEVEN in the worst possible ways, the woman that was threading them threaded so slowly that it hurt like hell. When I told them that she made me uncomfortable and that my eyebrows were uneven they gave me a punch card and told me to have a nice day. I can not stand this place.

They do eye brows amazing but eye lashes are horrible. My eyes burned so bad all my lashed fell off within two days. Went back to have them fixed and the same problem all over again. Also I could feel the lashes scratching my eye so I went to my eye docter and they had scratched my actual eye and thats why I was in so much pain. Stick with brows and ditch the eye lashes.

I first tried threading at Promenade Mall since they are closer to my home but I was never fully satisfied with the work. My girlfriend took me to Woodland Hills threading & could not happier with the service.
