Rescheduled my delivery appointment automatically without a confirmation or explanation. Help desk phone service gets stuck in a loop when choosing the appropriate options.going from national help to local help. Tried for an hour now. No help.

I ordered two kayaks over a month ago through Walmart. After them not showing up for 4 scheduled delivery times, I’m absolutely furious. Customer support had me on hold for over an hour on three separate occasions and I never got to speak to anyone. At this point, I’d rather just get my refund. Too bad I can’t get ahold of anyone for that either. Now I’m out $1,000 and two kayaks.

From their website it showed my shipping date and a scheduled delivery date and time. I never received my item. After being on hold for 2:08:40 their system cut me off. I never got to speak to a person. I was told through an email that they never received my item. Why did they put on their website a shipping date, their own tracking number and schedule a delivery if they never received it?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a table through Walmart. Its getting delivered from this company. It was supposed to be here Tuesday, November 24, 2 weeks after I ordered. The day it was supposed to be here, the status on Walmart website said delayed, check back later for status update. Finally about a week later, it gave me a new date saying it would be here on Wed Dec 9, but when I looked at the tracking, it had todays date 12/10 between 10 am and 6 pm. Today Walmarts status again changed to delayed, check back later for status update...it is now after 8pm, and still nothing. Now Im worried reading all these reviews saying their stuff was damaged. If Im waiting this long for a table to get here and if its damaged, Im going off. This is ridiculous.

Still waiting on a tv that was supposed to be here Wednesday. Called and told it was rescheduled for today between 10 am and 6 pm. Still no tv an hour after it was supposed to be here. This company is trash! After lookin g at the reviews it appears this trash company isn’t getting any better either. Been on the phone waiting on hold for over an hour. Again trash! This company should be shut down.

Ordered a basketball goal on amazon.com and it was supposed to be delivered July 1 to July 7. Still dont have it. Amazon website said to contact Pilot to get tracking so I did. Rudest frickin people Ive ever encountered. I will never order from a seller again that uses this so called shipping company.

They have no idea when your item is supposed to be in town/get to you.

Literally incapable of delivering a tv safely. Box was torn up on arrival and tv had a massive spiderweb fracture coming off of the top center.Imagine moving things from point a to point b in one piece.

Do not buy from any company that uses this company to ship!! My order was supposed to be delivered on the 15th, pilot then said it would be delivered on the 19th. They then gave the package to another delivery company that could not deliver until the 21st. 6 days after, its original day it should had arrived. Do yourself a favor and ask any company before you buy online to see if they use pilot, if they do. AVOID IT!

I see my package arrived at Pilot Freight 4 days ago and I still haven’t received it. What’s the hold up?
