My husband worked for them and then was let go. We got his W2 and it has the wrong state ID number and we have tried to call and leave a message and they will not return any calls. I feel that is very unprofessional when it concerns a past employee. Any place of employment should always answer calls or messages. I would not work for them

Went to this company cause they told me they had a job for me. Couldnt take the job that I went in for, but they offered me another position. Told me it would take about a week for my background check to come back. Im ok with that. So I call back today to check on it and they just totally blew me off!! She didnt even bother to call and tell me there were no more positions. Some how I lost my position, didnt get a call, and they havent even offered to get me on something else. I waited a week for these people thinking I had a job!! Now Im down a week looking for a job. How can your employees be so inconsiderate?

My first experience being a temp. Thanks to them, I will never be one again. I suggest anyone looking into temporary work, watch “permanently temporary” by Vice on YouTube. seemed to get the job pretty easily. Got one question wrong on the test and thought I wasn’t going to make it. My agent stated “oh no, trust me, you’re fine”. Implying she had seen a lot worse. Didn’t ask much questions about the job, which is my fault. During the orientation at the workplace, a few different people asked “how long until we get hired on full time” the answer was always “after 90 days, you’ll be considered” which is true. After I was threatened with termination until I did 85% of the job (I had a partner) and could get enough parts out. On my 3 month date, my supervisor wrote a touching “progress report” stating I’m a valuable asset to the company. Which I thought was going to get me hired on. Another temp (had the same agent) told me they got the same one three months ago (been there over six months. So I immediately asked about a THIRD temp, coincidentally had THE SAME AGENT, that has been there over a year. I was told, that employee has heard nothing about being hired on full time. I was sent to this department, at the same time as four others. They all quit or were fired. Then They hired another, who chose second shift, was also a veteran (like I am). Who was fired for realizing what was going on... Everyone in the department, who speaks a different language, outcasts anyone who works harder and faster, in fear that the supervisor will expect more out of everyone. I am deeply concerned considering they (temp agent) were quick to text me on my birthday (they were the only ones who mentioned it, even though everyone else that had a birthday, had decorations at their work area) they didn’t reply when I asked to see my pay stubs. I uncovered so much going on, to the point I made the supervisor mad by bringing it all up to try and have it all changed. The day my “assignment has ended” for use of PROFANITY (even though listening to old men speak about how they just j*rked off in the bathroom wasn’t brought up). I was verbally assaulted, for burping. I told the supervisor, I no longer felt safe in that workspace. Nothing was done to the other worker. I was terminated that day. I was threatened to be let go if I went to HR (by the supervisor). then my agent stated “I am your HR” even though if I brought anything up to her, she would just say “that’s not my workplace, there’s nothing I can do”... temp agencies are human traffickers. Who find the people that will work the cheapest, and not question what is actually going on... I feel sorry for anyone stuck in the temp cycle. There are resources to help you get out of it. DO NOT, fall into this trap. They will work you to death before you’re even eligible for health care (you pay for it, but nothing is covered, if you get hurt in the workplace, they won’t even call an ambulance). Do not use this agency, or any others. If a company only hires through temp agencies, that’s your first red flag. Run, find a different job. Before you’re forced to type out a long review that will never be read because your agent decides to stop replying.

Awful....👎Remember this is a temp service! Its almost never they will find something for you! Youre lefted hanging for awhile! Days, weeks, almost a year!😬

If you have child support taken from your check, they will rip you off -- BIG TIME. My divorce papers read, must provide medical if affordable. In several years Ive NEVER had a company take out medical. Prime takes it $65 a week BEFORE child support. Yeah, thats right -- they are lining their own pockets with money my kids cant use and I dont get credit for. Ive had DHHS contact them, we got it straighten out for a month, but its like a new day everyday with them. My last check with them I brought home 107 and change. You guessed it, $65 on the medical and barely anything on the child support. Ive called until I was very very upset, Ive been passed around over and over. BOTH are based on a percentage, neither can be more than a 1/3 of my net (before taxes). Does that apply to them -- NOPE...a new day, they make their own rules. Sorry I no longer have a job, cause that super sucks. What sucks even more is that someone somewhere out there wont get $65 a week while my kids get nothing. I couldnt even get them to show me the paperwork for the medical (why you ask) probably because it doesnt exist. AVOID.

This place has potential. Unfortunately they have a racist receptionist and recruiter. They would not hire my mother for a warehouse job because they claim that my mother does not know english, even though we told them that she does. A warehouse job where english is NOT required. We filled out an application and I called the next day to get informed of the status. Receptionist told me it was still in process then proceeded to ask if my mother knew english or not. My sister called them the same day and she was told that my mother was “unfit” because she doesn’t speak english. We had to tell them AGAIN that she does. In which the receptionist got caught up and told us that she would check and see if the warehouse was still hiring and she would let us know. I called the warehouse and they told me they still have spots available. If the job requires an employee to know fluent english, why not tell us before helping us fill out an application? What is even crazier is the fact that we have family who work at the warehouse and speak little english. Our experience was absolutely ridiculous. Luckily we found express recruiters.

If you have any kind of criminal record dont waste your time, doesnt matter if its expunged or deffered! They give you no chance to clear things up and pass judgment immediately. They are very rude! Heather after I told her strait up I had a record she said lets run your background 1st would take 2 days and then we can go from there. After a week I called her and told her I never received a copy of my background. She called me a liar and was rude to me. Just said flat out we dont have any clients who accept someone like me. Thanks for wasting my time!

I will not be giving prime a star but i have to so i can post my comments they dont deserve one this past week heather and her boss the president of prime lied on me and said I threatened people at a assignment they put me on I never threatened nobody they are rude and I will never ever be going back to this temp service again to give me the run around for my check and say I lied about my hours it shows you what kind of people they are Im a hard working man and a good person they gone side with primus but I knew they would but I showed I wasnt lying and this is a lesson learned

Seems this company has not changed a bit , filled out the app. did the interview was told they had the perfect place for me and heard back from them 6 months later .

They suck. the worse employment agency in tulsa, maybe the U.S.A. i have a full famliy and good job exper. i had to go to the Dr. once for my back and they stopped looking for work for me. their job is to find you a job and they cant do it. they also cant keep the site up to date its misleading and not right.

Dont waste your time. They dont want to be bothered obviously based on the attitude you get when you try to call available and the lack of communication when trying to ask about any positions.
