I went up there to apply for a job and I took my drug test before I even filled out a application then the computers did not work there was always something going wrong I literally had to go home and fill it out on my phone then I went in there for an interview it was very short and they only wanted to hear what my minimum pay would be I told him what my minimum pay would be and the only thing they could tell me is $11 an hour for a job and I told him I could not live off of $11 a hour and they told me “Well you came to the wrong place Because you can’t live off of any wages that we have to offer”.... I had to constantly call them then I finally just gave up on them for a job

I have made a lot of money with this company in the past few years . Tina Martinez cares very much about providing great paying jobs to all that apply here and has over 18 years experience doing so. Thanks to her my kids are going to have a wonderful Christmas holiday before I send them off to college next year. She will definitely guide you to a very rewarding career.

Employee Solutions was one of the most awesome job searching experiences Ive had. Steve was very knowledgeable about all areas of the business. The starting pays were great, within a day I had a interview with a great company. If employment opportunity is what your needing, Id highly recommend stopping there first.

Employee Solutions is easy to deal with and I didnt get any runaround like I did with other employment agencies. They had me an interview within days of first coming in, and when the 1st job they got me decided over night that they didnt need me anymore Steve had me set up with another interview and job in just 2 days. Im just going to start by saying that I was lied to from the very start by the broken aarow office . They hired me last Friday as a WELDER for the bus plant. I got to the bus plant at 4:55am Monday morning and had to wait in the freezing cold for someone to get there she didnt show up untill 6am. Then when the security guard called she said for us to go to Quick trip or sit in our cars untill she got there (not everyone can afford to keep there car running for an hour) and it wasnt just me there was 2 others also . So after that when it was time to work THEY DID NOT NEED ANY WELDERS...they made me use paint thinner all day without PPE for it. I breathed more paint thinner in today then anyone should ever! I talked to her and management at the bus plant to tell them I dont want to do that job and asked if someone else could but none of them cared and said they arent moving me today. Apparently they did need no more welders and when I was told they need 8 more Friday afternoon.. they are advertising the jobs as welding jobs knowing that they dont pick where you go when you work at the bus plant.

If I could rate this place a -100 stars I will. Worst service Ive ever experienced. If you are wondering what employment agency to go to then dont choose this one (hell on Earth). Tina Martinez is an employee there and I saw her insulting other people and being racist to them.
