Both my cousin and I have had a bad experience with how unprofessional this office is! They sit around and party and have fun in the back and all you hear is laughing and profanity until they call you back only to tell you about jobs you are way over qualified for. They just want to get you in the door for numbers and their own personal reasons not to actually help you find a job . This place only has almost 5 stars cause I’m pretty positive they delete the bad reviews . There is nothing different about this staffing agency from all the others . Don’t waste your time!

Emailed me saying i was perfect for a job and the employer would be there to interview me. When I got there they had no idea what job i was talking about, made me fill out an hours worth of paper work asking my mothers maiden name and social. Then took me back to a room where they looked at my skills to see if they could make money off me and I am sure they are selling people info.

The girls at Certified source are professional and good at what they do, they are willing to help you out with just about anything possible. Monica is a great person and helps in any way possible

They dont tell you that you have to sit there for hours and fill put paperwork. The lady in front was rude and when i told her i had an interview she had no idea what position i was talking about so thats very fishy to me. Seems like they just want to get peoples information. I wasted a whole half day there and havent heard back yet.

Super great if youre desperate. They will tell you anything to get you into a menial job, then ignore you when you want something better. My agent got my hopes up for a sup position, just to tell me I didnt qualify and then DROP ME as a client. With no communication. Dont waste your time unless you need a job immediately.

They’re good at getting your info but what they do with the info idk. I applied with certified source 3yrs ago in 2018 they never called me back & again in 2020 right before the year ended and I even call to see if they have available jobs my recruiter Kristen said she’ll call me ASAP but here it is the 2nd week of the new year and no call. I would recommend Prime Industrials as a better staffing agency.

Considering it was Monday:I was at their location for almost 3 hours. There are no public restrooms unless you walk to Akins. The job they had available was for a Cashier at a hospital. I wanted a Clerical job but am willing to take the cashier job. Still have not heard from them.

Uploaded my industrial maintenance resume to zip recruiter 10 days ago, Laura M reached out to me, asked what my minimum pay was and a few days later I had an interview and got a job on equipment I’m familiar with and pay that was actually higher than my minimum and the shift I wanted. If you turn wrenches for a living and tired of all these 15/hr lowball offers give this place a shout!! 10/10, everyone was super friendly, super quick turn around and hassle free. Actually looking forward to going to work because of the position they found for me!

I have been trying to get job placement with this business since may of 2019. I have had a job the entire time be here omg it own my own but I’m looking to get into a different job field. I have only had two interviews through certified source. Every time I call it’s like they have forgotten about me. It’s super frustrating. I have given up on certfied source. If your looking for help this isn’t the place to use. Hopefully the two other staffing places I’m now using will be more helpful.

Certified Source contacted me after filling out a forklift application on indeed, and asked for me to come in and fill some paperwork out and interview with one of their agents. Michelle S. was extremely polite and professional, she narrowed down a job that would be within the pay rate that I requested, and the type of work I was looking for on the same day. She contacted a company that same week, and set up a interview with a supervisor for me. Long story short, I got the job, and at a better pay rate along with room for promotion due to her help!

I applied and did my interview process over a month ago. I texted frequently about updates on jobs & got the run around. Then about a week or 2 ago i got a text from you all about a job opportunity ask would i be interested, i replied yes & never got a response back ! Long story short I’m still without work or even so much as a call update, even with having military & plenty of warehouse experience . One positive thing, the ladies were polite in the office .

The girl at the front desk was really nice most of the staff seemed to be very upbeat and nice but this is my second experience with the staffing company they don’t know anything about welding or how the industry works they are rude they don’t stay in contact with you very well have terrible communication I dealt with Tara and although she was trying to be nice to me I could tell she was frustrated and just wanted to send me off to the first job that I am overqualified to go do she almost seemed like she just didn’t want to help me at all and then when our interview was almost over I asked her to send my Resume to a company that she showed me and I told her I would rather take that position but is soon as I let her know I was already taking a test somewhere else she told me to just come over after my test in other words telling me to get out of here I will not be coming back and I will not recommend this place to anyone who is serious about finding a job in the welding industry these people don’t know jack about what they’re doing all they’re doing is looking at people like a paycheck and while I was writing this review I happen to catch several of the certified staff professionals outside on a smoke break While they have a full lobby of people waiting for them

I ended up taking a welding position that I found on my own but Samantha was professional and probably would have been able to make something happen for me. Shes easy on the eyes too so that helps. Id recommend it over most of the comparable places in Tulsa.

This place was awesome. All the ladies were real down to earth and easy to talk to. The girl at the front was really nice and helpful. They talked to me about a couple different positions and gave me some different options. I saw some guys in there at the same time as me walk away with a job right there on the spot! I chose to wait for one of the ones I talked about and I got a call back the next day to set up my first day of work. I would recommend them for sure!

I own a small business, and was in need of a full time employee with very specific professional credentials. I simply didnt have the time to conduct a candidate search for the job. A former colleague referred me to Certified Source. After one meeting, I was convinced that Certified could deliver on my expectations. Within seven business days, Certified had four candidates ready to interview for the role. Unbelievable! An in-house candidate search would have taken me two months to complete. I dont need candidates very often, but the next time I need to fill a position I wont hesitate to hire Certified Source again.

I used Rocky and his team to find a new assistant / secretary for my business in Oklahoma City. Rocky and his team were sooo helpful and made everything so easy on me. I used other avenues to hire in the past, and I didnt get the best candidate as a result. With Certified Source, the first 3 candidates I interviewed were all awesome and I had a tough hiring decision to make. They were all diverse, ranging in pay, but all really fit my needs well. Overall, if you want the best long term candidate for your business, you cant go wrong with this service. Highly recommend!

No i dont recommend this place cause i registered in the Claremore office and south 79th east avenue office and there yet to place and this was two months. Ago nothing but b.s and false promise there was a person who i knew awhile back when she placed me out there at ils / supply technologies i thought i can depend on her and trust her turns out she is no different from any one else nothing but a Waste of time

April works very hard and tries her best to place her clients where they need to be. She truly cares about the people she places and wants them to succeed.

Disconnect between what they were saying the job was and what their client wanted. I was told the job was for a Senior Buyer, its was advertised as such, but during the interview by the Senior Buyer of the client I found out it was for a Junior Buyer. Money wise I was told the salary was set, yet I didnt get the job because I was asking for more than they were comfortable paying. Also, was told Id be called by Tuesday, I interviewed on a Wednesday, no call at all this week. I called everyday to find out what was going on, never got a call back. Finally got a email this Friday stating that the client really liked me but I wasnt chosen because I wanted to much money. Frustrating since I would have been willing to negotiate salary. Terrible customer service. Ive read the reviews, thats why I decided to take a chance with your agency, I have always been leary of agencies. You actions on this case reinforced my beliefs.
