I have a good experience with them. I got hired where I like it.

They post all these great jobs, get you in the door to tell you about a couple of positions you would be PERFECT for when in reality, they dont have any jobs and apparently havent for months. I have a degree, great experience and skills along with great references so its not me! Please stop getting peoples hopes up when in reality, you dont and never had available the great jobs you post online or that you talk about in interviews. Very disappointing.

I walked in there and they said I never filed out a online application so they made me fill out a paper application, after I filled it out the receptionist took my paper app and took it in Marlenas office and laughed. Then Marlena comes out and gets me, we sit down and asked last me what’s going on? I’m like do you mean the gaps on my resume? I start explaining her then interrupts me and tells me the position I applied for was filled. She tells that I need to think about what I really wanna do as far as work bc I had 6 jobs on my resume, I’ve been working since I was 16 and I’m 30 now so of course ima have a few jobs on there lol. I have kids there of course there gaps on there, I told her I do know what I want to do, I want to do payroll and then she said I have a position that’s doing payroll for 50 companies but I think it will be too much for you. I said my last job was doing payroll for 800 employees 3 different states all by myself then she couldn’t think of anything else but to tell me I don’t have enough experience. I’ve worked at a staffing agencie and the way the carried them themselves was awful. Like if they only work with very specific people.. they saw my resume before they called me for a interview and they also sent me a text to remind me I had a interview with them a day before.. why bother if the position was filled or they should have called to tell me..they lack communication and I will never recommend them

The manner in which Kayla Fullen spoke to me when trying to recruit me for a job was extremely unprofessional. I will never allow this company to recruit me and allow them to put their name on me in my career... not a chance in hell. I will stand by this until Kayla no longer works at this company and I will continue to share my opinion with all my classmates at my college in the paralegal studies department and with any and all law firms I am acquainted with to not use AcctKnowledge especially while Kayla Fullen works there. - Sincerely, another one bites the dust for AcctKnowledge. #nopenotmyrealname
