Not only did Brandon make himself available to me that same day, he stayed late into the evening, well beyond his normal business hours, to ensure I was able to access my data. Being over 600 miles from home with no backup computer and not knowing anyone in the area, Brandon helped make a stressful situation a little more manageable.

I had some trouble with a recent PC build. I spent several days testing. This is not my first build (7 or more over the past decade), but got frustrated when I could not get the machine to Post.Brandon was easy to talk to, I was able to tell him what issues I had and what equipment. Within a day he had the machine up and running.Any future PC issues and Brandon will be the first person I’ll go to.

Without even testing my computer I was told I would need to replace the motherboard, quoting me $700-$1000 for the part. I pulled an online report showing a motherboard would only be $200 - $300.Then proceeded to tell me computers didnt have BIOS settings. Was very rude and definitely a scammer. That computer is running now and never had a need for parts to be replaced.

Brandon has helped us in emergencies, going above and beyond. When my computer back up was eating my files off my server, Brandon came after hours and recovered the missing files. Wow! did we ever appreciate his service and company!
