Quick response and a miracle. I had been certain my laptop was going in a pile of used electronics, the result of an extraordinary hacker. I do not know how they recovered it, but I am using it now. I have to drive 30 miles to get there, but I would walk if need be. I worship them.

Took my daughters computer in. They were very professional and explained what they would do. They called me back, explained what needed done. They computer works just as good as new now or even better because of the extra RAM and new SSD.

I dropped my old laptop computer and broke the screen. FireyTech located a replacement screen and repaired my computer even faster than they had estimated when I dropped it off with them. The price was very reasonable and now I have my old computer, with all its programs and data, back on my lap again! Great service!

They didnt fix my laptop and took like 20 days and couldnt tell me what was wrong after ordering a new part which didnt fix the issue. Top notch local business. I just moved to town and got a new internet service provider. As explained to me by Fireytech, this caused my Synology NAS device to be undiscoverable by my computers. I called Fireytech and they scheduled an in-home service call the very next day at 8am. The tech arrived on time. He quickly fixed the problem and explained the issue and the solution, which I appreciated. The tech was polite and professional. The service fee was reasonable - less than other local competitors. I absolutely recommend this company. If I have any subsequent issues I will call them again. Five stars.

I work nights but there wasnt any problems with the timing with that at all.

My Operating system had crashed on my desktop. I needed to reinstall it and recover the data on my hard drive. First tech was able to do this for me no problem for a great price. I’ll be using them again if I have any issues in the future with my computers.

My sons laptop was having battery issues. Korey was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He replaced the battery and power adapter. The old battery had swollen and caused the back cover of the laptop to pull away and lose one of the screws. A new cover wasnt available and Korey thought the price of a used cover was too expensive. He found a screw that would hold the back cover on and was able to return the laptop to its original thinner shape. Will recommend Mike and Korey to anyone that I know with any type of computer issues. Fantastic service!!!

Went in to get my Toshiba laptop fixed and thought I needed to replace the screen. When the gentleman took it apart he found a loose wire and turned out I got a better value than expected coming in. I used this company this week for the first time. I had a computer that was over 10 years old and wanted to upgrade it. It still worked but was very slow and could crash any day. I had a laptop with odd power issues and brought it to Kory, one of the techs. Found out my battery was bad and it killed my A/C adapter. Tests were run to make sure there were no other problems.
