She not only took the bridal appointment, she also took the maid of honor appointment. Janice is amazing! She treats all of her clients like family and teaches you how to maintain your hair in between appointments. Great stylist, one of the best hair cuts Ive ever had. However she was very unprofessional and unfair with her scheduling and charges. Wanted to charge me 75% for rescheduling late but she didnt even know I had an appointment!! She changed scheduling apps and I was unaware. I was going to keep my appointment but then the price was different too!! Not a good way to treat new clients especially when they were really happy with your services. IJS!!😕
