The definition of Evil! JSP hired me for night shift Supervisor. I quit my job to take this opportunity. I trained for a few weeks, at the same time COVID hit hard and production nearly stopped completely. I NEVER had a chance to perform my job due to COVID. After 3 months they let me go claiming I wasnt a good fit. How is that possible to know?? Their actions were prejudice no matter how you look at it. Meanwhile the Plant Manager was very open about his political stance, mocking others who thought different. Maybe this is why they let me go... or maybe it was when I revealed to the Production Manager that I had an injury that I had sustained during my Military service, would need serious medical attention soon. They just didnt want to deal with it. They loved to pat themselves on the back for everything they do for their employees but in the short time I was there, I seen the real side of JSP management.

Streamlined factory based on lean principals. Courteous Staff and personell.

Couple of the fork lift guys on the back dock think they are Gods gift to the world and are dicks to the drivers, including yelling at you if you park at the spot they told you to always park in and think they know everything about truck driving even if they have never sat in one at any point in their lives, one of them yelled at my trainee because he had to pull up once and it was taking to long even though there was no other truck waiting
