These guys did one fine job on installing my new stereo. The product, the service of installing, and the level of customer service was all top-notch. I would for sure shop here and do business with these guys again.

I’ve never seen a store that wants you to buy a radio leave it on your table at home to decide if you don’t like it.. and then return it unused...even Verizon let’s you use a phone for 14 days to decide if you like it or not..radio was hooked up radio for 1/2 a day... unhooked and back in box with all parts and a receipt and still would not take back.. will never go back.. and do not recommend.... Shout out to the only person that was friendly... Andre!!!

Had a radio installed last year with a back up camera and have had nothing but problems since then. The microphone sounds like a wind tunnel and people can’t hear me most of the time. I took my car back several times and asked them to fix it and they never did and eventually just said no refunds and refused to fix it. My panels were falling off where they were not replaced correctly and internal clips broken and my husband had to fix that. All the electrical in my car has gone haywire and I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to have it worked on. The radio they put in is nothing like they product they described when they sold it to me. I took it back several times and begged them to fix it since I paid $1500 for it or put my old one back in and they refused and were very rude. I am still a year later trying to fix everything they messed up. Save your money. They charge a lot for terrible service.

Terrible place, do not recommend. Bad service and double priced on everything..... update: was not me personally, was my brother that I was with that day... call almost any store and compare prices.

I drove over 30 miles after giving up on the only company in my local community that offered the ability to add a backup sensor to my new 2019 Toyota Tacoma, that had not responded back in 6 months. Radioactive called me within a week to scheduled the work after meeting with their Sales Personnel (Anthony) that was knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. The work was done within the time limit they had estimated and actually was slightly more economical then estimated. I always, like a company that delivers within their estimate, but love a company that charges me less!!!! I have already order a front camera for the same truck and am waiting for the supplies to arrive. The Truck looks a good as it did before they did the work.

Great service and very fair prices. We’ve used them many times. These guys fixed a faulty back up camera that I bought from them, and they installed, with no fuss and quickly. They’re friendly and not pushy at all. They give great advice about what might (and might not) fit your needs. We will continue to use their products and services.

Disappointed that they dont work on or fix older JL Audio speakers. Update, thanks for letting me know. I just wish JL would I love the older series. Much better than the new ones my opinion.

Youll pay either $89 per shop hour on some jobs or a flat rate on others. Their store features a multitude of systems to look at and hear so youll have no problem finding a component or system that meets your needs. The owner, Chad, is usually on site and can answer all your questions as can the capable staff.

Disappointed, asked for a quick fix to an radio in my vehicle and was told they couldnt flash the module due to not installing it. They said they couldnt get the wire I needed to finish hooking up the system, nor the wire I needed to flash the system myself. Told me I needed to call the manufacturer. Would not use this store!

Went here to have my gains set. They said they were going to use the scope they ended up only using a voltmeter and just turning all my gains down to 0 and charged me $40 to do it and then when I was asking about some products that they had in the store prepared to spend $3000 they acted like they were better than me and had better things to do even though no one else was there stay away from this place and this is the first review Ive ever done on anything so please stay away

Avoid this place like the plague. Employees are rude and act like youre stupid or inconveniencing them. Pricing is all over the place. Never in my life have I been at a place that sells retail and people acted like they didnt want to sell you anything. I got installation pricing from 3 different people and they ranged from $125.00 to $350.00 for the same exact setup. I had to pry and pry to just get that. Was even told that that will be more expensive for a price on a different speaker I clearly asked for a price on. I walked out due to pure frustration. Went to another JL Audio Dealer less than an hour away and got a great price and much, much better service. If these people worked for me, Id fire every last one of them for incompetence and insubordination. Stay away from this place. Seriously ... its that bad.

Stopped in and talked to Chad about an upgrade on my Chrysler 300. Very thorough and professional. I decided on a stereo upgrade. The work was scheduled and when I dropped off they went over everything that I was getting. I added a couple of small things on their suggestion. Im glad they did, it sounds awesome. I will be back for more stuff for sure, these guys really know how to make your car sound great.

All i can say is WOW! These guys never fail to amaze me with the highest quality products, equipment(No cheap meters here) and workmanship. Chad, and the gang at Radioactive are the best in the area , I have done 2 systems with them and both sounded and looked incredible when completed. Got a Boat/ATV or RV they can handle that too. So if your looking for a super high end custom sound system or just something that sounds a little better, i promise they can take care of any Audio/Video/Nav or other 12v needs you will ever have. The shop is impeccably clean and organized down to the smallest screw and wire and they always greet you with a friendly hello. Stop by and look around i promise you wont be disappointed and you might even find a few things you didnt know you needed.

Ive purchased a couple small items from the store. The last item was marked up double the cost when I looked up the part number. I understand profit margin. That seems a bit excessive.

Every other audio business can take the make model and couple questions regarding your vehicle and give an estimate .
