Eric was creative, and really got to know what our vision was. He had excellent ideas, and guided us in a direction we are extremely pleased with. He handled issues with the City of Tulare on our behalf, and was very professional. Our project exceeded our expectations.

We had a pie-shaped lot and because of its shape we thought our dream home was impossible. Eric not only designed the floor plan to fit the lot, but he added so much more to the look of the house and more importantly the flow of the plan itself. Thank you again
