I had to wait 5 months for installation of my two bedroom doors, but was made fully aware from the get go of the back log, so that was not an issue. Dan and Gage showed up promptly and were nothing but polite and professional. They did a great job and it is evident by their skill, the time was taken to ensure a professional installation. I had them do a repair, and while they were doing the estimate I threw what my wife and I thought was a kind of crazy idea (for a picture window) at them. It was to replace a much smaller window. They pulled it off for what I consider to be a GREAT price, the work was impeccable, and it completely transformed our living room. I love these guys! And, everyone we dealt with really knew their stuff.

Open Enclose just completed the instigation of all of our windows and front door. The idea work was completed by Gabriel and Angel. Both were extremely professional, respectful and friendly. Had a window replaced on 9/15/2021. The installers Keith and Marcos did a great job. Keith answered all of my many questions very well. The installation was very thorough. Due to Milgards production schedule we had to wait for 4 months for the window. I highly recommend Open Enclose. Everyone involved in the transaction was excellent.

Prompt service, lower price than I was expecting given that it was an oddly shaped window about 10 feet off the ground in a really old and brittle vinyl frame.They were able to have the glass custom made and it fits perfect. Exactly the same tint and shade of the old window too.All in all, very prompt service at a good price.

Dan and Estevan recently installed some large arched picture windows. They did a great job! The old windows were mortared in place but Dan and Estevan were very meticulous and thorough when chipping out the old mortar so the new ones would set properly. Our window replacements were just completed today. Zach and Jason were a great team! We were impressed with their professionalism and their team work. They worked efficiently and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves...all on some of the hottest days of the year! This was our first experience with OpenEnclose and we will definitely recommend them to the neighbors.

After waiting 3 months to have our window installed, the installers removed alarm accessories that were located on the frame and surrounding the window and a piece went missing. After back and forth with the company and sending pictures of the parts left in different rooms, the manager was inconsiderate of solving the situation and basically supported the workers and stated that they were not going to replace the missing part. He basically stated that they are not alarm specialists and sided with them about leaving the parts together. I now have to replace a 200.00 component. If you are deciding to contract their service, just be conscientious of removing parts from the existing frame or window because the company will not replace.

In short, they were everything you hope for when you have people doing work on your home. This is the second large install Open Enclose has done for us and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Excellent product installed by true professionals - Zach & Jasen did another fine job from OpenEnclose on our property. Later this year they will install the last one third of the windows needed on our house. Very satisfied and the follow up stucco repair is so good it looks like it never happened.

We had a couple windows that needed the glass replaced because they were shot with a BB gun by a neighbors kid. We called Open Enclosed for an estimate. Our windows are double paned and its only the outer glass that needed to be replaced. The guy came out and didnt talk much and honestly, didnt even seem like he wanted to be here. He took a look at the windows and took off the one side and placed it back in on the one window, then tried to do the same with the 2nd window. He said he couldnt get that window out and if he couldnt do it, then his techs definitely couldnt either so it would have to be completely replaced. The WHOLE window including the frame! He said that would take 4 to 5 months to get in... Not including installation. He asked for our email, confirmed it with us and said hed send us the estimate. We never heard from him again. We had a second business come and give us an estimate and they not only said itd be no problem to replace the glass (without having to replace the whole window) but also emailed us an estimate the next day and has been very good about keeping us informed. Open Enclose clearly didnt care or want our business and thats just as well considering they thought the whole window had to be replaced when that wasnt even necessary. So glad we didnt have to deal with them after all!

I just recently had some windows and sliding doors installed by Openenclose. I am satisfied with the services provided and at a cost that was reasonable. It took quite a bit more time to get these windows and doors installed than I would have preferred, but under the circumstances of the last year, it worked out .We were told that this would be a Two day install, but it ended up taking Three days to complete. The Install crew, Ian and Robin, were very respectful of our property and pets. They were informative of the process they were taking to ensure that the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. They worked well together and managed their job with no interruptions or delays. Good Job Ian and Robin. The front office staff could use some customer relations training. the few phone calls we made to verify the install date were met with some disrespect. I was trying to get a firm Yes, Or No on the date so that I could simultaneously take time off at my place of work. At one point, Carley told me that the date was confirmed, but she could not guarantee that the Install crew would actually show up due to someone possibly not showing up for work or other reasons. This is very unprofessional, and should never be said to a customer. I nearly backed out of this Job because of this Rude comment. Overall, we had an adequate experience with the Openenclose team. Again, Thanks Ian and Robin for a job well done.

After owning our home for twelve years we finally bit the bullet and replaced the case windows that were installed with the house in 1952. I went through Home Advisor to locate a local professional and they came highly rated.I met with a member of their sales team first who went over what we wanted to accomplish and gave us our options. He was very polite, did not try to do a hard sell on any one product and listened to what I was saying. In the end we picked a product that I/we felt would work for the project.About a week after signing the contract another member of the team came out and took in-depth measurements. Again very professional and polite. At that time he pointed out that a type of window we wanted on the bedroom windows could affect the ability to sell the house due to egress issues. We adjusted the plan and moved forward. There are some companies that would not have bothered and just let things go as is creating a massive headache for the home owner down the road.It took a couple of months to get them out due to the backlog but once their crew was on site it took a little under two days to replace ten windows. They look like they were installed when the house was built. Crew was, again, professional and polite.All and all I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and have since contacted them to see about having some more work done - door replacements. You can shop around but save yourself some time and just pick a local winner.

I wanted an estimate for a leaky window replacement and was told it would cost $175 to do so. Are they kidding? What a ripoff.

Not pleased with our recent installation of french doors. From start to finish, the process was about 8 months, which is insane. The installation got pushed back a few times (this was pre-COVID), and they had to come out at least 4 times after the door was installed to fix issues with the door. I dont think Ive ever had a company come out to my house so much! We paid a lot of money for a door that came damaged with lots of dents and chipped paint. I highly doubt this door is going to last longer than 5 years. It is unfortunate that their quality is poor, as we were looking to replace the dozen or so windows in our house. Glad we started small and will be taking the rest of our business elsewhere. Two stars because we like the look of the door, but not how it was installed, and thats about all.
