This business is not the actual Trees R Us business that is located in Tucson, AZ. We learned this after calling this company and then realizing there is another business that has the actual LLC for this name locally. I would advise caution using this company.

I have dealt with other tree service jobs in Tucson before and they would always book an appointment and never come out. You guys were the only ones that picked up your phones and came out and gave me an estimate quickly. The customer service you guys provide is far better than your competition. Glad you guys were very local too.

I have never had a tree removal need before so I didnt know what to expect. The woman on the phone was very friendly and told me what yo expect and average price and that I would need someone to come out and quote it. They gave me a great price and came out the same day. Thanks guys!

Asked for a quote and Mike came out soon after. Reasonable price for a tree removal service. They trimmed a couple of trees and did tree removal to the large tree. The team was awesome and respectful.

Great company! Easy communication with the office and tree crew. They confirmed the job the day before the appointment and arrived on time. They were very efficient with removing my tree and trimming a couple of others.

We have used this company twice and both times they were absolutely amazing! We had them remove trees and very large cactus. They ground up the roots, took all the trunks and limbs and cleaned up very well.

I thought everyone should know what I had to find out the hard way. This company is Trees R Us it is not Tucson Tree Service. I have been looking for Tucson Tree Service due to the fact my brother got work done by them and it was exceptional. This company came out to my house posing as Tucson Tree Service and when the estimate was provided the company name was Trees R Us. I didn’t go with them for that reason and was able to find the RIGHT Tucson Tree Service.

Im writing this review for two reasons. The first reason being that I thought this company was actually Tucson Tree Services, which was recommended to me by a friend; they are not, which is fine. When they showed up I realized they were Trees R Us by the logo on their trucks. While it did seem a bit off I still allowed them to complete the work because they were already there. This is where issue number two ensued. I hired them to remove cactus. Upon removal they did an okay job but left a ton of residual cactus pieces around my front yard. When I called the owner later that day to let him know, as I had to leave when the company was there, he did not seem to care about the issue and would not send people back to clean up the mess that was left. I would have done it myself but it was cactus pieces and I didnt feel as if I should have to go buy gloves just to complete a job that wasnt completed correctly to begin with.I would not recommend this company, Trees R Us.

Wow, I was blown away by how affordable and hard these guys worked to remove a large tree in front of our house. The tree crew showed up right on time, cut the tree down cleaned up after themselves and they didnt even leave one branch behind.
