I liked my work, but was extremely disappointed with the company when it came to doing the payroll. The office in California took their time and had the employees wait sometimes overs 6 hours just to get their checks, sometimes without getting their checks also. I personally thought it was a one-time incident, but it happened every friday. Payroll had lots of employees waiting for weeks worth of back pay and some actually had their pay rate wrong. Poor payroll practices made it very difficult for the employees and the Decton office staff too.

Worse company ever ever ever they dont pay on time they take hours they work off of a 1992 pay roll system job seekers beware yikes....

If your looking for work, dont waste your time with Decton. They never have any work.
