Nicole called to offer a store credit in lieu of a refund for return so my issue is now satisfactorily resolved.... I still believe this policy is unnecessarily onerous and not based on regulatory safety requirements, but rather just an expedient to their bottom line. I will have to be very careful about purchasing chemicals here again and will likely consider alternative sellers with more customer friendly policies (Ive pointed out competitors examples permitting returns of similar products).*******Very bad experience with incorrect recommendation and unwillingness to rectify a problem with a recent product purchase. Upon reading the directions I noticed this product use was not recommended for the use the store suggested. I was concerned this product would damage my filter so I took it back the next day and raised the issue.... I was then informed (emphatically) no returns/credits on chemicals due to unspecified issues they had encountered with these types of returns?! I reminded them Id been a customer for 20 years, Ive spent hundreds in to thousands of dollars there on chemicals and equipment.... I asked to have a manager contact me; crickets.... So for $25 theyve lost my business.... Apparently this place is under new management/owners and have recently changed their return policy regarding chemicals to no returns under any circumstances...?

Pandemic has taken its toll .Now for 40 %.higher rates get 40 % less service than before.Thats if you can even schedule them to come out. Great deal!

Im changing my review we have been with them for over 7 years and now they dropped the ball on us. They have not clean her pool for three weeks if not showed up. I left a message a week ago they do not return your messages. On top of that they put chemicals in when you already have your own chemicals. And then you get billed for it. I have now called them to cancel with them because they do not return phone calls that do not clean your pool thats three weeks now if I get a bill for the last 3 weeks I will not pay it just letting you know do not use poolwerx for your cleaning service for your pool.
