I had such a horrible experience at usps that I ended up leaving without sending out my package. Last minute, I decided to drop by PostNet (my brother had told me he had done business with them) and try my luck. They were amazing! Super helpful and got me situated in no time at all. A little on the pricier side, but with package insurance and amazing customer service, I’ll be using them for my future transactions!

OMG, the person behind the counter spent almost 1 hour packaging some ladies wooden antique while everyone else waited for just the simplest task. This is so unprofessional and the lady should have said why dont you help others? But nope, let em wait. Never again to send a simple 2 page fax...uhhhh!!!!

PostNet was as helpful as possible when I couldnt get two return shipping labels for the two boxes I had to return, immediately offering to lash the two boxes together so that one label would suffice (and not suggesting I put them in a garbage bag to send back like a certain online retailer). Thanks!

I walk into this place maybe twice a month for odd printing or copying jobs. Each time I walk in the door I am greeted with someones fine idea to burn the loudest essential oils they can find. This might be okay for some patrons; patrons with asthma and allergies will spend the next several hours struggling to find air.... not fun. I have mentioned this to every employee who I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They have each told me its one of their customers - notl falling for it. I will settle for a less convenient similar store, they will not receive another cent from me.

After standing in line to overnight documents, the attendant said that FedEx first is not available but FedEx 10 a.m. was. I accepted 10 a.m. After the documents were ready, the attendant said that FedEx would not guarantee overnight delivery. I said that they are charging overnight prices. Would they refund the difference if they perform as a normal delivery in two days rather than overnight. The attendant said no. I told the attendant that if the package was not delivered as promised, I would contact my credit card company and argue the charges as not performed as promised. I was asked to leave the store. I was refused service.

If you want to teach a child how to NEVER treat another human; walk into this place with a prepaid package to ship out. I can honestly say I have never had anyone be as rude to me as the balding guy who works here. Heaven forbid anyone do a favor like put a package into a pile with others. If youre not making this guy money every visit you are his enemy. Unreal...

Do not mail your USPS flat rate mailers or boxes here! They do not honor USPS pricing! I asked my husband to mail a $7.55 flat rate paddded mailer for me, and they charged him $13.05! Go to the postal counter at the gas station on S. Houghton and Valencia instead. At least there you will get a fair rate!

It is refreshing to come across young women who are professional , respectful, and go out of their way to make our experience a good one here at Post Net. Although I must say it must be a challenge for these young ladies to continue being professional when some customers are so rude, and darn right mean, you people should remember to bring your good manners with you . You women , the customers , leave your frustration behind.

A little bit of sticker shock at times. Yes, PostNet is a business trying to make money. However, I find this PostNet very helpful when needing to ship an odd-sized or complicated order, as they can experiment with different box sizes, fillers, and shipping carrier prices. Their getting the job done the best way possible really relieves my stress!

This place would get 0 stars if I could give it that. The couple of times I have gone to get business items mailed or printed the employees have been extremely rude and slow. Today was the last straw and I would rather drive into town to get any items that I need printed done. I encourage people to think twice before coming here and take it from me when I say, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to have something done by people who understand what real customer service is suppose to be. The sooner this place learns bad business travels faster than good business, then maybe they will change their attitude and customer approach.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my time in this place. This business is disreputable and careless. Avoid PostNet at all costs. SAVE YOURSELF A LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGE AND GO TO THE UPS STORE! There is a nice one right up the street at Houghton & Broadway. Believe me, it’s worth the extra time in the car.First time I went into this place, I stood in line for 15 minutes while one cashier was on the phone and the other cashier was helping an old lady who didn’t understand how packages work. When I finally got to the counter, I said I just had a package ready to ship for UPS pickup and asked for a receipt. The girl said they don’t give receipts. They scan packages for UPS and a UPS driver picks them up, I have no idea why they would not be able to provide proof that you dropped it off.Second time I went in here, a lady with a baby walked into the store in front of me but the cashier asked if she could help me first. Presumably, the cashier didn’t want to help the lady with the baby first because of the obvious time consuming complications of carrying a baby and trying to do other things, but still, what an uncomfortable position in which to put a customer!Third time I went in here, I was bringing a ready to ship package for UPS pickup. I noticed as I was bringing the box out of the car that some tape had pulled up along the side, so (after waiting in line again) I asked the cashier if she had a piece of tape to secure the one spot that was peeling. She said SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME $1 FOR A PIECE OF TAPE!!! We’re not talking about sealing up a whole package here, we’re talking about s 1” piece of scotch tape. I told her I didn’t bring a dollar because the shipment was prepaid, and she said there was nothing she could do. That’s how little they care if your package comes apart while in transit. This was the final straw with this poorly run and disreputable business. Don’t patron this place with your packages or your money. There is a clean, professional, and nearby packaging store (that will even give you a receipt!) just at Broadway and Houghton. There’s another UPS store on Golf Links and Harrison too, but I’ve never been there. After the 3 strikes with PostNet, I would GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE FOR ANY OF YOUR MAILING NEEDS!

I went into PostNet today to ship a package to NH. The package was very light weight and fairly small. I was given a price of $25. When I asked, Why is it so expensive?. I was told, Nobody wants to deliver to NH. I went across the street to the bank that had a post office and the pricewas $12. Do yourself a favor and go across the street instead. I also agree with most comments here.. the older balding man is rude and I believe he practices price gouging most of the time.

The problem with this place is the customer service. Clearly this small business franchise is trying to eek razor thin margins. The problem is they tend to come off a little rude. Withholding USPS shipping supplies for “customers only” may not be legal by the way. Those supplies are provided by the USPS free for the intent of shipping thru the public postal service. Even for fedex business accounts they often have no supplies even though the shipping and packing can be billed to the account. Again it’s the customer service. Be friendly, courteous. Don’t get defense when a customer asks a question.

I had a package of shoes to send to my son today. The clerk asked if I just wanted to tape the box shut and mail it. I said the website says you pack it right? Then she snapped well you didnt say that! wow.. After ringing it all up without a word and 3 people waiting in behind me she tells me the price. I said I need at least a hundred insurance. She says ok I have to cancel all that and add the insurance. I said yes. do it. Sorry, but the UPS store always takes my packages and packs them up and makes sure everything is hunky dory with a smile. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My home printer stopped working. I needed to print a prepaid FedEx label from my e mail. I walked in, explained to the guy, he helped me out to print the label and my package was sent. He does have a loud voice but everybodys different. There was at least 5 other people that came and went and I didnt see any rudeness on his part. He treats the place as a business: get in do your biz get out. Wanna socialize? Go to a bar.

The guy that runs this store is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful or accommodating of his customers needs. I have shipped probably 10 packages from this place, only because of the location. Every time I have been bothered by the mans attitude and customer service. He is rude and arrogant, not helpful and has the attitude if you dont like it go somewhere else. Like other people have said, they wont help with anything and charge for EVERYTHING.The final straw was going in to send a 3 lb package, I waited in line for over 5 minutes, for no reason. Finally he decided to help me, but kept going on about a computer problem, that I had no interest in. The girl that helped me asked how I wanted it sent, and I said the cheapest way possible. She told me $29.00. I asked if that was seriously the cheapest way possible to send a 3 lb package, and they both said that it was. After I paid, I noticed that they charged me for the 2nd air option. I was extremely frustrated at paying $12.00 more than I needed to, but had already buckled my kids into the car and had no desire to go back into the office to talk to them again. Fast forward 2 days later to when the package is supposed to be delivered. It is showing that it will not be delivered for 4 more days! I called UPS to see what was going on and they said that it was processed as a ground package. My receipt clearly states 2nd day air not to mention the $30 charge. I called to complain and the guy took my number and said he will call me back, have not heard anything. You could not pay me to bring anything to this company again.

Went in to buy a box and packing supplies. Guy behind the counter was zero help. I looked around a bit trying to find boxes or a size chart, then I asked if they had any boxes and at the same time I noticed all of them back in the corner behind the counter, I asked him for a size chart or list and he just stared at me, I said you dont have a list of your boxes for sale and he laughed and said no. So I turned around and left. I will gladly dribe to Phoenix to buy a box before ever going back to this place. Horrible.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about but every time I go in the owner has always been polite and friendly! I get a lot of things printed and shipped out of his store including very expensive items. I understand that he needs to have a certain amount ran on the credit card machine because of the fees that hurt all businesses. Some gas stations in town charge an additional .45 or more just to run a card. Postnet has always done a great job for my business and myself personally! When there are no more small businesses left, you people that only have time to complain about very miniscule issues will only have yourselves to thank! Support local and if you have suggestions let people know.

Went there a few weeks ago looking for a box, would not sell me the box because I did not have cash, even though the box was bigger than I really wanted. Then when I refused to buy anything else or come up with the cash to buy the too big box, I was rudely told no where in town would I find a box the size I wanted. Funny because I found a box the exact size I needed at the post office, where I paid way less for the box and shipping at USPS and got to use my debit card with lots of customer service and a smile, something that PostNet really lacks.
