Despite hearing people can make up to 15$ an hour after being employed for half a year, ive heard nothing but excuses from management when it comes to getting that raise. Being a billion dollar company and paying your employees who i hear work brutal hours, only make pennies instead of what they properly deserve. The only time employees ever make what they deserve is when theyre working overtime which is time and a half. Which in my opinion shows how much you guys care about your employees
