Good work life balance, good pay, good co owrkers. They laid me off due to the contract ending from what I was told but It was right in the heart of Covid season, when they resumed operations I never got a call back even though I was told I would. Overall though no serious complaints, they care about their business, their employees and the safety of their employees, if i could go back and work for them i would in a heart beat and if you get offered a chance to work for them then take it you wont be dissapointed.

Started a lot of us at Caterpillar and said it was a year long project, so we all started and liked it and within 4 months they told us the project was slowly coming to an end and we have 5-6 weeks to find something else. Then, three days later I get a phone call and he says “your last day is this Sunday, sorry.” Don’t take their word about anything.
