The fix computers well and fast and fairly priced! I highly recommend. Ive been using them for years and take all of my familys computers here.

These guys know their stuff. I am a 3D Animator and NOS built my machine. I LOVE IT. And when I had to make a big move across the country one of my fans popped off inside the case. One call later and these guys didnt just walk me through how to get it back on they linked me up with a video that showed me how to do it. This all happened as they were CLOSING. They didnt leave me hanging either, they wanted to make sure I was all set and gave me a number to text if I had any more questions or issues. If you need anything computer- GO HERE!

Went in to get a laptop screen repaired. NOS was great! They had it repaired within a matter of a few hours at a reasonable cost. I wouldnt hesistate to go back for any computer services!

Amazing help from this place. BSoD my computer late at night and it was bad. I knew I needed to reinstall windows. Instead I ended up getting paranoid thinking it was a hardware issue. Took it to Shawn and he checked everything. Really put me at ease about the whole situation. The best part was he delt with me being panicky and afraid it was my gfx card. He Shared some knowledge about how to set up my computer better and had my computer fixed in one day. Did I mention I came back in like five times asking about the computer and everytime he had great customer service. Bring your computer to this place its fantastic. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

I took my older desk-top computer in for repair. The repair was completed the next day and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend NOS to anyone with a tech issue.

I have used NOS computers for years for my business needs and they are the best. I am always amazed at how great both my windows and Apple computers run after I use them. Very friendly people and very knowledgeable. 10/10, I recommend them all the time and everyone agrees they are the best around.

Do not go. I went in for an assessment of a broken laptop LCD screen and was given a vague dollar range to replace it without them even determining what the problem was, whether they could fix it, or whether they had the parts. They wanted my information and to lock me into payment before any diligence had been conducted on the machine or any clear expectations had been communicated to me. When I began to ask questions and said that I wasnt sure I wanted them to work on it the Australian guy said then were done and dissmed me. Super unpleasant.

This place was a life saver today! If your homeschooling save this number! The gentleman who helped us was incredibly nice and understanding about my son snapping his aux in off in the port, had it repaired in under an hr at an extremely reasonable rate! Definitely recommend!

Our laptop broke, and after 1 day, Nos was able to determine that it was not fixable.They got me back up and running with a new computer the very next day. They were able to salvage parts from my laptop to put into the new computer to save me money.Will definitely use them again.

I love this store. I had 2 customizable gaming computers built for our kids. Amazing graphics cards, processor, memory and it doubles as a phenomenal school workstation. (They have to maintain a great GPA to keep gaming!)

Very honest people here and excellent service given. They will give you a full easy to understand explanation about any repair or service they provide. I took my four year old desktop in because of wifi problems having connection issues. They installed a new wifi antenna and my issue was solved in a big way now having 5 bars connection 24/7. They also went through my machine doing a diagnostic check and got rid of some things I didnt even know I had, disposing of some potential problems, and it now runs like a brand new computer...very fast! I will definitely use them when I convert everything to laptop and join the informed human population. This is for the Ina location.

Took an older Dell tower in that needed a fan replacement. Quoted a decent price for the fan and the the install. Id go back!

If you have a apple computer be mind full of what they tell you. WE SHOW the the email apple gave us and it had details of the computer and what type it was and still was quoted a price of $216 (I have looked up what hard drive the laptop would use )I was very happy with the price i even called again to make sure this was the right price and they said yes. it ended up being $416 (It had to be move to the INA Location we were told that the Hard drive was find but they had to send it to that location because of the OS needed to be done. I was ok with SO the INA store they let me know that this location gave me the wrong price and they were giving me the PC hard drive price not the apple hard drive price, of course was disappointed they told me that they dont know in till they open the computer i get that but they shouldnt be giving quotes if the are not sure of the product when it comes to macs. At the Ina location i will give 3 stars cause i got my computer back and it seems to be working fine. But the guy with the british accent have no customer service skills at all and should not be picking up the phone i got so mad i almost take my computer before it was done (he told me it will not be done in till 5/22/19, but finished it 5/20/19 after i came in there) the lady in there (I forgot her name) Was nice and she got were i was coming from with the pricing . Like i said they should not give a price unless they are 100% sure of the right product.

I took my aging laptop to them 3 times for 3 differenct issues. The first two times worked out well. The third time was not. I picked up my machine and paid the bill, but had the same issue I took it with. I like them, they are knowledgeable and the location is very convenient to me. If I were to go back, I would write out the issue and hand to them, and verbally explore the possibilities for addressing them to make sure I was communicating my problem adequately to allow them to be of help. Picking it up, I would get a demo that the problem was fixed, or understand what it wasnt possible.

Great Customer Service! I lost an SD chip that was inserted into CD drive on my MAC. I thought it was hopeless, but Colin had it taken care of ASAP. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has set up other computers for me as well, and Ive never had a problem!

I cant say enough good things about Joseph and his exceptional abilities. My computer was on the verge of cratering with a hard drive failure and Joseph not only was able to save all my data, he had me back and running in a few hours on the same day. Excellent experience at this store! They helped me buy and set up a laptop for my law firm. They have also helped manage the transition between the iCloud and windows 10, which has been difficult to say the least. I truly appreciate how they will drop everything to answer calls or FaceTime me to help move my firm around the state easily. They have assisted with international trips as well! It seems that the updates in these operating systems are constant and there is no where else in Tucson I will go when I am in the southern Arizona region!

This place was very nice!I came in looking to buy a budget gaming PC and the workers there did exactly that they were able to upgrade a prebuilt PC with more ram and add in the graphics card which was very helpful because that meant i diddnt have to do it. So for anyone who needs PC help or PC parts i would recommend NOS Compuetrs!

Had a graphics card that failed in an older computer and they were able to get it swapped out and install a new one for a reasonable price and while I waited. Happy customer!

Decent customer service, however kept my computer three months before deciding it couldnt be repaired. Quoted repair was one week.

They screwed up my laptop so bad that I had to have it wiped clean and start over. When they installed Windows 10, they did not set a restore point. I will not ever go to them again!

Staff is very friendly but stock is bad. Ive got to this location a couple of times, each time they didnt have a simple product product. The first time all I needed was thermal paste out. The 2nd time I went they had no air duster and had been out of stock for a week. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.
