I was looking up repair places in the general east side/broadway part of town after my sons laptop broke and I ran across this shop on google. They were very understanding of my situation, and were able to get the computer back to normal. The best part was that they did it quickly too - I had it working within an hour. Im a fan of Savvy after visiting them today and Ill go back in the future.

Savvy Computers is a great business. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. I needed a data transfer as soon as possible and they were able to do it overnight while other business said it would take days to do it. They were also very communicative throughout the whole process. I would rate them higher than five stars if I could. If youre having computer issues, this is the place to go.

These guys are great! My laptop was having some major issues and needed a new hard drive. They gave me great advice and price on a new solid state drive and had it ready in just a couple of days. My laptop is now super fast. Its like having a whole new computer.

The other day I went in to check out some issues I was having with my tablet. It was having issues on a constant start up loop. I checked this place out due to previous positive reviews, and have to say, they were very accurate. I was immediately helped out by Hoon who was very nice and very professional. He gave me a few options to work with until the technician there finally figured it was just a battery issue. Left with no charge and an honest suggestion of purchasing a new battery through Amazon. He walked me through some tutorial videos I could follow to do it on my own to save myself some money. Battery came in today and couldnt be happier. Thanks!

Several years ago Savvy Computers helped us set-up a new desktop, migrated our old Windows Mail accounts, and fixed a few other issues. This desktop has functioned perfect since, so we hired Savvy again. This time, we hire them to connect up a new Asus ac dual band router, set-up a new laptop and install new programs, and tie everything to our cell phones. Both times we’ve hired Savvy they were on time as they had to drive clear out to the NW, very professional, and we have been 100% satisfied with their work. We strongly recommend them.

I had the best experience here today. The power button on my laptop was broken (or stuck). I called around to a bunch of places before coming here. All the other places either said that they did not have the part, or that it would about $100-150 to fix. When I went to Savvy Computers, Hoon took a quick look at my laptop, and helped me to identify which power button I needed. With his initial help, I was able to go home, order the new power button online for $24.95 including shipping. He even gave me a small screwdriver set to use in order to disassemble the laptop myself and take a look at the power button. Hoon is an honest businessman, and really just wants to help people the best way he can. He never tried to pressure me, or sell me anything, and even helped me figure out how I could solve the problem on my own. I have already recommended Savvy computers to my roommates, and have the business card posted on my fridge :)

I took my glitchy computer in and came out with a brand new fast working computer! I am writing my review on this very computer and I can hardly believe that it is the same computer that gave me nothing but problems. Hoon was very professional and his prices were fair. Immediately he was able to address the problem that was causing my computer not to work, a broken hard drive. He even returned my computer without all of the bloatware that is so difficult to remove. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs their computer fixed. Now that I know about Savvy Computers, I will always have my computers repaired here. Mr. Hoon was very very helpful and professional. answered all my questions and was very patient with me as well as helped find alternative solutions to my problem with a broken pc hard drive. I am most definitely going to be going back there for any other pc needs I have.
