Service was okay. The guy that did my daughters hair had purple hair..he did it quick and it only took a couple minutes to do but it was not bad service but not great either.

This place is gone. Empty.

I have been getting my hair done for the past 3 years here and I am always happy with the results. The prices are a bit high but I am always very happy with the investments I make in myself here. Beautiful techniques and wonderful customer service here.

Overpriced for a basic haircut that took 5 min. Perhaps because they are in the mall? I was expecting to pay ~ $16, but I was asked to pay $26. Dont know why. Everything else was good.Show your prices upfront please.

Davina is amazing. I am always happy with the beautiful cut and blowout she does for me. I feel like a new person when I leave.

I take my son here and its great. The stylists are great with my kid. His cut is always clean and easy to maintain. Inexpensive, w/o tip $14.50

So I made an appointment, get there and my stylist isnt ready. No biggie I had some time to kill. Walked the mall 40 minutes come back she is still blow drying the other persons hair. So I said look I need to get kids. She said no wait I can take u really quick... REALLY QUICK?? An appointment gets you 1 hour service, I said no I can get a quick haircut anywhere, can I come back tomorrow. She agrees. Bad start for my first time there. Next day I go, she does what I ask and even blow dried my hair... then charged me extra for the blow dry!!! Wait,,, I came you were too busy and I rescheduled but you dint ask if I want to pay more for a blow dry??? Seriously it should have been no charge due to my inconvenience! . Once I got home I realized she shaved my hair underneath. I thought she was cleaning up my neck, but no she shaved it AND left a tuft at the bottom. My hair cut didnt require shaving and now that its been a week, my hair lays worse than when I went in. Needless to say, that place wont see me again. Horrible first start with a lousy second chance.

I was just in there tonight for color and the two people working were amazing and so helpful. They didnt get frustrated with any of my requests and were pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They got to me quickly and I will be going back.

I came to this place to get a nice haircut, never did I think that i would leave with lice!!!!!!!!Not knowing that I had lice, it has affected so many people, including my mom, my best friend and her mom, and several other close friends. I left Mastercuts thinking that I just had an allergic reaction to a product of some kind, only to find out 6 days later that the lice has spread over my whole head. This was during my fall break, where I hadnt been anywhere but home, and this hair salon. The itching had started the same day after my haircut. Once my mother discovered on Thursday that her 15 year-old daughter had been infested with lice, we spent that night treating it, and was only able to get a portion done, because I had fallen asleep around 4 AM. We spent the whole Friday taking care of this situation until 2 AM the next morning, my friends are now going through this same process. This happened because of an unsanitary business.We have washed everything, and sprayed everything. A haircut around $25-$30 turned into around $50 spent on lice treatment, and several sleepless nights for me, friends and family.Later when we called to tell them about the situation, they did not apologize or compensate for any loss.Unfortunately, my experience was not great, and i will not be returning.~Vivian Perez

My sister went in to get her hair trimmed, saw Frank. And he chopped a good 8-10 inches off the length.. what part of a trim is so difficult to do.

This place does an excellent job. These ladies listen to what you want your hair transformation to be and they deliver.

All three of us went in and got hair cuts everything was good until I said my hair was not short enough. Then the man became irritated with me he even left his dissatisfied Mark at the back of my head. The only thing is I left and not knowing what he had done until much later that night, but I got the last laugh I gave him a $10 tip. What he did was immature and unprofessional. That will cost him in the future when you do mean things to people like what he did it will come back and haunt him.

I love this place its the only place I go for my haircut and hair products absolutely love the staff super friendly, its worth every penny, the results are fantastic and I always leave satisfied.

I went in last week to get only my bangs cut, and I absolutely regret it!! I swear the girl who cut my bangs, does not know how to cut bangs! I could have done a better job if I would have cut them myself!! She needs to go back to Cosmetology school or something! She does not have any business cutting anyones hair if she cant even cut someones bangs!! I wish I would remember her name, but I do not, unfortunately. I will never go back to this place, horrible job! She cut my bangs crooked and too short when I told her specifically that I wanted them on the long side. They look really bad, I have to clip them everyday until they grow back! I am very, very dissatisfied!! Their customer service is also bad, the woman who first took my name and phone number was pretty rude.

I had a very good experience here with Rocio. I dont do much with my hair generally, so paying $50+ at a pricier salon, for what is essentially just a trim, seems absurd. I got a great trim and sideswept bangs from Rocio this past weekend for a very reasonable price. Will be returning for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dont get your hair cut by Rosio. After being shown 10 pictures she didnt cut my wifes hair how she asked when she said she could. She was late for the appt when she was asked why she blamed someone else when she was the one who booked it. When my wife asked why she cut her hair this way she just laughed.

I went in yesterday to get my haircut I usually have a pompadour like a greaser I took in a picture of how I want it cut. I showed to the lady I came in looking like Elvis left looking looking like Kim jung un. She didn’t follow the picture at all. Absolutely terrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would.

Affordability, parking, great staff, convenience

Worst hair cut experience ever for my 14 years old daughter and for me as a mother. My daughter had just started to get confortable with her curly hair when we decided to go to Master Cuts to have a Hair professional do a trim before the holidays. I specifically asked Christine Anaya to do a trim and fix my daughters layers. She finished my daughters haircut while I was getting mine done by another stylist. When I looked at my daughters hair I was very dissapointed. I thought I had trusted my daughters hair with a professional. The cut was hideous! Not what we asked for at all. I felt like crying but I held myself together. I paid for the services, tipped both stylists and walked out of the place very dissapinted. I went back after walking around the mall, I wanted that stylist to fix my daughters hair. She straighted the front hair and proceeded to continue cutting it. At that point I was very upset!! She cut my daughters curly hair wayyyy too short in the front and messed up her layers. It was horrible! My daughter wanted to shave hair whole head because of that stylist unprofessionalism who obviously doesnt know how to cut curly hair. I went back today spoke with another stylist, she clearly saw and acknowledge that it was a poorly done job by the stylist the night before. She stated that unfortunately there was little to nothing she could do to fix the damage done to my daughters hair. She apologized for the poorly work performed but did not offer to compensate my daughter for getting her beautiful curly hair ruined at this place. We were just told that we needed to wait for her hair to grow back.Thank you MC and their professional stylists

Didnt care to much for the hair cut. She didnt listen to what was asked to do to the hair. Wont go back or recommend the place.
