I’ve never had a bad haircut here. Yes their waiting times can be long, but they’re well worth it. Barbers are always kind and after awhile they remember names and have great personalities.

I would highly recommend this place to any one and have recommended it. I have tried all sorts of barber shops none of which left me satisfied or gave me what I wanted and never even talked to me or was interested in my business just interested in a one time quick payment but I started to go to headliners and met Andrew who took what I wanted done and applied it. I always leave happy and with a great haircut. Keeping conversation with me interested in what I have to say. Building a long term customer in me and a friendship I always enjoy getting my haircut now and will go to no one else I text or call to schedule with him and he’s always on point with response truly a great employee. I recommend Andrew at HEADLINERS BARBER SHOP!

Came two days in a row to foothills location, waited an hour and a half each time and still no haircut. Nobody answering phones to take appointments and no organization on who came in first. Quality haircuts (it would be nice to get one eventually) , but they need to hire more staff to accommodate their clients

I have been going to headliners since they were in their old shop. Since day 1 I have been using Adrian. He does excellent work, In my opinion he is one of the best barbers i have ever had. He doesnt make the haircuts awkward by saying nothing. He will have a good time while he cuts hair. He is truly passionate about what he does and is very Professional. I would recommend everyone to go and ask for Adrian, you wont regret it.

Ive gotten the best haircuts I have ever had by far in this place. Niko is my barber and he always does an excellent job. Atmosphere is nice and I enjoy the music they play. Make sure to make an appointment first because this place can get very busy.

Been here twice for my son. First time had an appointment but waited 30 minutes past. But got a good cut! Second time horrible cut- it really matters who you end up getting in to see. Only a few good barbers. Bad customer service- not too friendly or helpful- seems each barber is only responsible for themselves & not the overall shop. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

The only place to get a great cut

Use to be great with the people that was there but now is horrible. You could wait for a hair cut for hours and see other people hop on the chair without having an appointment or has been signed in like the rest of the people. Was there today and saw this guy that has been sitting there for hours and confronted the barber he had requested and the barber cussed at the customer. It sucks that I have to write a bad review about headliners because every where else is good to me but I seem to have a problem every time I come here. If you need a hair cut go the extra mile to get good service anywhere else other then here

I have been consistently getting haircuts from this business since 2011 and I must say that I have not a single negative thing to say about it. The wait time is always minimal and the haircuts are always exquisite. The barbers are always humble and always greet me upon my arrival. If you visit the barbershop I highly recommend Joe The Barber Madrid. However, all the barbers in the shop seem to show the same high level of skill and professionalism.

Ive been going to this place for about 5 months now, for the past 3 or 4 months Ive used Andrew as my barber. Hes very open to making time to get your hair cut. I simply text and say when Im available and ask when hes available. It never a problem. Hes very professional and does very well on my haircut! Its always consistent and never requires anymore work. Simply tell him or show him what you want and he will get the job done!

Aint nobody got time to wait or make appointment. Get with the times dont change em its all about the consumer. Also learn from your reviews dont argue. Get more employees. Great barbers, I go to Gabe the manager. Lots of people will complain about the wait but I always make an appointment so my wait is minimal if I even have one. Its definitely worth the $5 extra dollars!

I was a bit embarrassed and extremely disappointed that I took my friend to Headliners at Foothills. I had been there before with my previous relationship and the dreadlocks African guy was awesome!! But that day it was an unfortunate day that he was off. So he was taken in by a short Mexican guy short beard I was not sure what’s his name. It was the most laziest and fastest haircut I had ever. And cost him $30 for that kind of haircut. I was expected for equal lines. Even previous haircuts I had been seen at Headliners was much longer and more attention on details but his haircut was horrible. He will not be returning to this shop. He will keep going to his favorite place much farther from his home.:(

As with any place making an appointment is key. The first time I waited for about an hour because there were so many walk-ins every single chair was full. I felt a little out of place being a woman in a barber shop but what I wanted I knew I couldnt receive at a salon. Once I sat in Gabe Guzzos chair I knew I would forever be a client. I definitely appreciate the experience I have when Im there. If you want a quick cut and dont care how your hair looks its not a place for you. Everyone really pays attention to detail and the time you spend in the chair will be worth every second. I definitely recommend making an appointment because there are so many repeat clients that just walk-in. The appointment is $5 more but in the end when time is money whats another $5? Appointments are always honored and I have never had a problem since I always make one!

I’ve been going to this headliners barbershop location ever since I was little and I can be honest and say that it is the best barbershop that I have ever been too. These fellas are well trained and know what they’re doing. But let’s say you walk into that barbershop and you’re trying to find the best barber because you want the best haircut right? I recommend going in there and asking for andrew. All of the people in there are good of course but if I had to put it down to one person to say who’s the best I would have to give it to Andrew. He’s very talented, well gifted and very unique at what he does. Andrew has been my barber for the last three years and I can honestly say that I have never walked out of there feeling Unsatisfied. I’ve always walked out of there knowing I got a fresh cut. Trust me this guy knows what he’s doing. Two hour wait on a Monday morning. Watched at least 3 groups of people walk out because of the wait. Do yourself a favor and go to London Town at Ina & Shannon. Its a 1000 times better than this place, its just closed on Mondays. Ill make the time in my schedule before I ever return to this place.

I recommend this place. Ive been taking my boyfriend there for a couple years now. They are all very friendly, always say hi when we walk in, very polite, and have a comfortable atmosphere. Adrian is very good at what he does and hes our first pick, but if for whatever reason adrian isnt available, they are all very talented.

If time, efficiency and quality are important to you then headliners is the only place you should be. All of the barbers are great and take pride in what they do, especially Javier Chops.

Foothills Mall Location - Worst Service Ever!!I arrived at 6:15pm and was told the wait was 1 1/2 hours. I put my sons name on the list and went to dinner in the mall. We arrived back at Headliners at 7:30pm and was told there was still a wait. We took a seat. A man walks in, openly states he does not have an appointment and is told three people are ahead of him (one being my son). As soon as the next chair opens the barber calls the man who just walked in over all of us waiting. What a complete waste of time!!! It is 8:15pm, I waited 2 hours and someone who just walked in was taken over my son. I walked out. I will never return! This shop is poorly managed and does not understand or care about providing quality customer service. Worst barbershop ever!!!!

They are not dont care about walk-ins. I waited for 2+ hours and walked out because barbers we not calling walk-ins. Also no coverage when there is long wait I see barbers walking out. This happens every time I go and the skill of the barbers are mediocare. I have gone home and had to fix some long hairs left. Will never go here again, also see barbers take their time and go to the back often with each other. Who knows what the do in the employee room but I dont want them touching my hair anymore

I have been going to headliners at the foothills mall since I was in 7th grade and I’m about to turn 20 this year. I feel as if every man should know some basic things about their personal hygiene like knowing the length you want your hair, where you go to get it cut/lined up, and who you trust with your hair. I learned from the get go that the good barbers at headliners tend to stay and the others weed out. I have trusted Adrian with my hair every 2-3 weeks for years and wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. If you don’t know how long of length or what kind of haircut looks best on you Adrian will definitely help you out. I changed from pointed to bald sideburns and made the biggest difference to me. Adrian is the man for everybody!

This place is laughable. No denying, some of them can run a beautiful fade, but mostly its just a place to go to look like you might get a good cut. Best bet at Headlinerz is to learn some obscure Nike shoe facts, chat some of the guys up, and maybe skate out of there in under 2 hrs. Dont waste your time. Buzz your head yourself and just say you got it done there. All of your friends will be like, Thats tight! Then you can keep your money and your pride.

I took my 20 month old son for his first haircut today. Very apprehensive because I knew itd be a less than pleasant experience with him. But the barber (and other customers) was extremely patient and even when my little guy was screaming he still made sure to finish his haircut and trim him up so he looked nice and clean!

Always go there for my haircuts and I always see Adrain F.. he is an amazing barber and has great customer service skills.. I recommend people to go see him if there every need a cut in Tucson.

I live close to Foothills mall, I dont go there for anything but a haircut and the IMAX experience. Anyways, Headliners is great, the barber Gabe does a great job and is friendly. Has a hip-hop vibe in there, tvs and good lighting so you know you will be entertained if you are waiting. Appointments are also available which I always do. I use to wait an hour at another place, the extra $ is worth it to just walk in, get your haircut and leave all within an hour.

Their hair game is right. Javis got skill. In and out for a good price with a good cut.

This place is a JOKE!!! Dude told us 1/2hr wait. As we sat there waiting people kept coming in and going right pass customers waiting in the store. Shaking hands laughing at the others sitting around waiting. Sat there for 1hr n 45 mins. Very unprofessional. These guys are always on their phones texting. As we sat there we saw at lease three customers walk out. Management needs to observe these guys more closely. How can you run a business with employees like this. The only five star ratings here are from their friends. Will not visit again.

Today I took my son in for a haircut. We were there at 10 am when the shop opened. The barber that gave him his haircut rushed through the haircut as though we were bothering him, he MESSED my sons head up!! He is cut up all around his ears (BOTH) & his line up is so crooked it looks as though he has a very lopsided forehead!! I gave 2 stars because my boyfriend also got a haircut this morning & his is ok.. I will NOT be bringing my son back in for a haircut to Headliners. I am very upset that my son left this barber shop bleeding! Although I admit the only reason I didnt say anything to the barber was because I didnt want to cause a scene. Weve been to Headliners several times & have never had an experience like this! Also my son is almost 10 years old & has been getting his hair cut since before he was a year so he knows what to do once hes in the chair. It was the barbers lack of care and that upsets me. Sorry for the long review.. but what happened today needs to be heard.

This place is disgusting!! These people dont clean up after each haircut, they dont clean their tools unless they are going home for the day, they cuss, talk about drinking and sex, they dont even care if they are cutting an 8 year old kid or an adult. If you dont know one of the barbers good luck at getting seen in less than 2 hours, their friends get put to the front of the line all the time. Ive seen them take breaks in the middle of haircuts to talk with someone else, Ive seen them answer their cell phone during a haircut. When you ask them to fix something they will tell you to go to great clips for that. These people arent a real barber shop which is probably why they are only in malls. Save your money and go to a real barber shop, this place sucks!

I moved to Arizona from Brooklyn, and absultely know a good haircut.everyone here is young, up to date on trends and styles, and actually passionate about the art and culture of cutting. you can tell by the aprons and blades and tools they use, as well as their own cuts.I chose this barbershop because most of the bad reviews arent about the haircuts. theyre mostly people who didnt put their name on the list, or didnt schedule an appointment, and got cut in line. step your game up.ive been going here for a year now, and have gotten the best cuts every single time. not only are they clean, quick, and detailed, but the staff and music are on point, and always something good on the tv.i get my hair cut with my man Adrian. hes probably the only one who will greet you and say hello when you walk in. my first cut was about a week after moving there, and my hair was still in a transition period. he was super intuitive, friendly, and left no lines.i wont go anywhere sle as long as im in Tucson.

Unfortunately horrible customer service. Ive been in three times, still have never gotten a haircut here, and everytime was a crappy experience. The last time I tried, was on a Saturday, so I already expected to wait a bit. There were about 15 people ahead of me on the list, but there were only 5 chairs open (which I thought was really odd since it was a Saturday). People sitting around me said they had been waiting over 3 hours, which Im sorry, but thats just insanity. I watched 4 people who came in AFTER me, walk up to a barber, shake hands, and then be taken as soon as they were done with the previous cut. What the f*** is the point of a sign in sheet if you dont follow it?! Literally the most dirty, unprofessional place Ive ever been..... Where the hell is State Board?!?!?!?!?!
