So recently we had some renovations done on our home. While we are all back to normal now it wasnt without a great deal of unnecessary headaches from the initial contractor that we hired. Alpha Builder (Jason) made the whole experience a real nightmare. Jason and his workers were very slow to get projects started and completed. I had to fire Alpha Builder and hire other contractors to complete the work. After all was done on our home Alpha builder sent us a final bill that was way out of line with the work they had done. Jason was trying to bill us for work he had not done. I filed a complaint with the BBB and RoC. The Registrar of Contractors did find in our favor many items that Alpha Builder needs to return to fix but Jason is stalling now. The ordeal has been a nightmare and may not be over yet for us.

I recently had a contractor out to our house and they refused to work with with my insurance company they had told me they would come back when I get money from my insurance they were unwilling to submit any paperwork or documentation for my claim. We called all over the place very few contractors out there that would help you submit paperwork for your insurance I finally came across with Alpha Builder Sonia came out to our house right away and was more then willing to make sure we got everything we deserve to get from the insurance company. Thank you guys

Alpha Builder has been a nightmare for us. We hired Alpha Builder for repairs on our home for the Kitchen, Guest Restroom and Master Restroom.Alpha Builder took forever to show up and start after we paid our deposit. Then it was a very slow process. One guy would show up for a few hours a day. Alpha builder did not cover any of my furniture so sofas were covered in drywall sanded material.They piled trash in the front yard and did not remove until I fired them on the last day.Weeks passed, I reached out to Alpha Builder for a final bill so we could settle up and thats when it all went very bad.Jason (Owner) then tried to bill me for Materials and Labor that Alpha Builder did not do. They refuse to correct their final billing to me even after I pointed out there errors in billing. I have receipts for all my purchases of Materials and Labor.I have had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. Jason has attempted to buy my right to post negative reviews by linking any settlement to removing negative remarks, I declined. Jason then tried to pressure a settlement by stating the RoC process would be long and drawn out. Now Alpha Builder is threatening to file a lien on my property Luckily for me AZ has a law against filing a known false document such as a false lien. The penalty is $5k or the cost of damages which ever is greater.I would advise anyone that hires Alpha Builder to make sure you get a well documented estimate containing items description, square footage, price, warranty and time frame to complete. Also make sure you have something in writing about the trash or you will end up with a pile of trash for weeks or months. Keep a journal with your notes containing dates and subject discussed. Make sure you get any changes to your estimate in writing. Try to keep interaction with Alpha Builder in writing as apposed to verbal agreements. Take good notes because you will likely need them.We have an Aug 31 appointment with the RoC.Follow up....08/31/21 The Roc (Registrar of Contractors) came to my home along with Jason Beltran of Alpha Builder. The meeting was for the RoC to inspect the areas that I had filed a complaint for.09/10/21 The Roc Sent out a written letter to both Alpha Builder and myself with their findings. The RoC had found items that needed repair and Gave Alpha Builder until 5pm on Sep 27th to comply with the repairs. Alpha Builder DID NOT meet this deadline.09/29/21 The RoC issued out a Citation to Alpha Builder via email and also sent out a written copy via mail. Alpha Builder now must reply by Oct 14th 2021.I let you all decide if you want to go through the Hell that we have gone through with Alpha Builder.I will update as the RoC process allows.

Great company for our “put back together” after the sewer line had to be replaced. On time with a smile very helpful when I had questions about the process. Excellent work with the wall repairs and our bathrooms. Thank you so much for the great service!

Jason went above and beyond to help us with remodeling our master bathroom. He has also done a few random jobs at my house and always does quality work.

Jason is uncoordinated and lacks communication. The outsourcing for labor is terrible. Left trash and excess materials outside of my home for weeks, when they said it would be picked up the following day. Damaged a cabinet and could not get it repaired for 2 months. His own team even complained about how unreliant and unprofessional he is.A response to your response:1. You were working with both of us, as she is the homeowner and we are the tenants. Also, it is spelled aunt.2. Insurance was a partial. You received 50% upfront until the work was completed.3. After a few months and me having to remind you constantly, you then decided to finally get me off your back (I have screenshots of texts as proof).4. Alex had said they would be back the following day to pick up the materials... WEEKS went by until I had brought it up. Unprofessional.5. With the terrible work that was done, we had outsourced another contractor in order to fix the mistakes and do it correctly. The other contractors explicitly stated to us that the work was not done well.

They leave jobs undone, and a mess. Never show up, even when Jason calls and says they will be there. Worst contractor in Tucson.

They were awesome! Efficient and professional. I have many homeowner clients that I will be recommending them to.

I previously had my ac serviced by Alpha Builder and found the coils inside my home we extremely dirty causing my air conditioner to work harder causing my bill to peak. They were extremely professional and service was very effective . Thanks to Alpha Builder my AC has been been running cooler and lowered my bill for 4 months now. Thank you Alpha Builder! Highly recommended!!

Was looking for a local contractor and came upon this company and was not disappointed. Had them do a remodel in my guest bathroom . Jason and crew did a fabulous job . Always polite and answered any questions I had . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job and will use them on future projects.

My insurance was a nightmare. Jason was on my corner from day one. He was always available to answer any of my questions or calm my concerns. Once insurance money came in, my kitchen was back together in a matter of days. I would recommend him to anyone. Amazing!!!

I found out about Alpha from word of mouth and considering I trusted my friends opinion, I had them do the cabinets in my kitchen remodel. Nothing too fancy, just wanted quality work and I’m super happy with the results

Professional and very helpful with my grandparents and made sure they were satisfied with the work done and made sure my grandfathers items were covered and when ever my grandparents have concerns Jason helps take care of them. My grandparents are satisfied with the work done.

Aloha builder showed up the same day we called very professional kind really knows his stuff. They took care of dealing with the insurance for my mom. I would definitely be using them again
