We called A-Z Appliance Pro because we were in a real jam. Our house is closing escrow in 2 days and after running the self cleaner our oven was making a horrible noise. Victor came out the same afternoon and even was able to find the part when others we called told us the part was back ordered for months. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and the oven is more quiet than it has ever been. Victor was very nice and friendly and super professional. I would highly recommend A-Z Appliance Pro!!!

Working with Victor was great. He was easy to get in touch with and set up an appointment. I needed repair of my cooktop and thought I needed a fan replaced in my refrigerator freezer.He set up an appointment after telling me what the cost would be. He let me know what time he would be at my house and showed up within that time frame. He fixed the broken element and then told me what I could do to fix the refrigerator problem, instead of replacing a fan that didnt need replacement. I found him to be honest, professiomal, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Victor for any appliance repair!

Victor called me back the same day and was on site within 24 hours to fix my washer. Luckily it was a quick and easy repair, but if something goes wrong again, Ill call A-Z Appliance Pro!

I called Victor to come out to replace air what I thought was a SubZero wine refrigerator/freezer/ice maker. He made an appointment for the following day between one and four, and said that he could call me prior to his arrival. I told him that wasn’t necessary and then I would be here that entire time. However, he did call me to let me know that he would be to my home in about 10 minutes. He showed up on time. He was pleasant, professional and, unlike many repairmen, did NOT smell of cigarette smoke, which is a huge plus to me!Unfortunately, once he came inside to look at the appliance, it turns out that it is actually a European model of a GE Monogram and uses 600A refrigerant which is a natural gas and is not used much in the United States. Victor does not work on this type of European-made appliance.He was, however, very helpful and contacted his father who is also an appliance repairman to see if he could handle this. His father was also unable to do it, so they referred me to GE Mongram Service..The amazing thing is that Victor did not want to charge me anything for his visit or his time. I had to insist that he charge me his standard service call fee of $75. After all, it’s only fair. He did make the trip all the way to my house, I took an hour of his time that could’ve been used for another paying customer, and it was my fault because I told him it was a SubZero which he DOES repair. He finally capitulated and allowed me to pay him $75.I will definitely be using Victor again when my “real SubZero” 😂 refrigerators or my Wolf stove, oven, barbecue or microwave go out.Victor is professional, honest, ethical and just an all-around great guy and businessman.

Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully listened to all the diagnostic clues that I gave him. He found the main leak quickly but did not just pack up and go call and get all done he did a complete diagnostic on the washing machine including taking off the back and checking for all potential sources of leaks . I strongly Recommend hiring Victor

This is the guy to call for repairs!! Victor actually calls you back, shows up on time, has tools ready, and doesnt try to BS you. In a few words, hes old school, honest, dependable, and competent. Reasonable on charges too. Willing to share needs(repairs) with other repair personnel. He is my go to for repair of appliances. As someone who does his own home remodeling/repairs, and being a firefighter, I value trust, honesty, and competence-all qualities Victor shows. USE him.

Yesterday we requested quotes from 5 companies with “A” ratings from Angie’s List for a problem with our Front Load Washing Machine. Victor from A-Z Appliance Pro responded immediately and gave us a very reasonable quote. Only one other other company responded. We scheduled service for today with Victor. He arrived within the 1 hour window time. He was very skilled, professional and trustworthy. Victor and his new employee in training went above and beyond our expectations. 👏 We will call A-Z Appliance Pro for all our future needs and will refer others.😁

My built-in microwave was working erratically and I made several online requests for an appliance repair person. Victor of A-Z Appliance Pro was the first and only one to respond and called me back when I was unavailable to take his first call. He came out a day later and quickly figured out that my door latch sensors were failing and needed replacement. He gave me a price to fix and asked if I wanted to buy a new unit to avoid the repair bill. After a little online research it was clear that repairing would be much cheaper and he went ahead and fixed it with parts he had in his truck. The repair was exactly what was needed and the unit now runs perfectly. Victor is honest, very competent and his prices are reasonable. I would use him again for any appliance problem.

Id been BEGGING Sears to get someone out to fix the fridge for over a week [its 3 months old and under warranty]; but, Sears scheduled the repair for three weeks out. Not good enough in the middle of Arizonas summer heat! Not good enough EVER!!After calling A-Z, Victor was out within a hour to fix it. The company doesnt do warranty work; but, at least we have a fridge now!!Victor is awesome. Thanks dude!!

Victor arrived on time, and patiently explained why my wash machine was noisy. He did a complete check of both washer and dryer, and determined that a minor adjustment would fix it. He was honest and competent. I will call him again if I need another repair.

I just had my dryer fixed this morning. It took the technician about 40 min to diagnos and fix the dryer. Tell me why that adds up to $66 in labor charges. The part was $45. Youre telling me it costs $155 for a quick repair. I wish I got paid $66 For less than an hours time. Im very pleased with how fast it was. I did not like how the tech asked to use my bathroom as soon as he arrived. I would give a 5 star if the price was better. Its really sad that famailes depend on services like this to keep their house operational and your company takes advantage of that.
