I am writing this review for my mom who is 80 years old. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am fuming right now as I am writing this. My parents John and Sue Schwab have called this company out to take care of an ant problem about a week ago. The technician Justin came out and sprayed around the house and also in the crawl space. Justin was very NICE and HELPFUL. The problem that I have is with the guy with the last name FERGUSON. I don’t have his first name, so I don’t know if he is the owner or not. My mom has been trying to get hold of someone about the ants still being there. This “man” that took care of my mom today when she called had berated her up one side and down the other. The way he spoke to her was totally unprofessional. I am also a business owner in the medical field and in no circumstances we treat our clients this way. My parents have taken their business elsewhere.
