In comparison to the sellers agent, who was not organized, loud, moving so fast like she was in a hurry, and making errors, Shannon found an error made by the sellers agent and helped rectify it promptly. BEWARE! Ive been in the real estate biz for over 20 years and have used many title companies. Joe King at the CROOKS ROAD location (appropriately named) kept sellers proceeds for 5 days after closing. Reminder after reminder to Joe... and all I got was excuse after excuse. Buyer got possession: Realtors got commission, but seller got screwed. Completely unethical.

The Ann Arbor branch closed my home purchase using a improper deed. I have a mortgage and no deed to my property. They have done nothing to correct this matter. Devon Title Agency should be put in jail for fraud

I closed on the sale of my home May 10. 2018 at 5pm. I opted to pay $25 to have the funds wired into my trust account. Devons agent told me the funds would be there today May 11. 2018. I went right to the credit union after work to confirm the funds had been transferred. They have not. I contacted my realtor. I have not had a call back from Devon. What should have been a happy, celebratory weekend has turned into a stressful, sad weekend. Devon title has failed to perform with even a callback.
