These folks take a bit of time to schedule and flexibility, but trust me if youre not in a rush use this business because they do an amazing job, very through and professional, plus follow up on customers that have already paid for a job. (which is incredible)This crew works hard, and as I stated jobs will take some time because they are VERY busy but the price is very reasonable and they provide an excellent service.Plus they wore masks and were very respectful of my property.Highly recommended.

Well I will say they were very reasonable, the guys were great but who ever they have answering the phones is not on it. I had asked for a trimming for two palm trees and when he called me on Tuesday after they didn’t show up on our Saturday appointment he had no clue what we had talked about. Back on the day he gave me quote someone had driving by and saw the trees he called me back and gave me the quote. Then today he thought we where removing both palm trees. I will say the they were fast and nice people. WiSh my palm tree would have been cut a little neater but it was the best price I got.

This team is awesome, they responded quickly, came and gave a quote, showed up on time, worked diligently and delivered what they promised. Excellent customer service. Shawna is doing a great job on the customer service and hands on work as well. We will be using them for other projects for sure. Good pricing as well. Highly recommend using them.

Joeseph and the Crew did an amazing job on my site today. I had a quote within 30 minutes. They were on my site in less than an hour. Three Queens, three mature cherry trees and a stump ground out. Very reasonable price. Would have cost me nearly as much for an emergency room visit cause I would have certainly fell off a ladder or even worse bounced off the concrete. Anyway, nice job guys! Keep up the good work and I’ll keep making recommendations for you.

Made an appointment for an estimate. Never showed up. Three days later woman approaches me in my garage for an estimate. Agreed to price, made appointment and they never showed up. Loosers.

I hired them for my trees. It was the best choice on a budget you can not beat their prices. Just my luck they were prompted, professional with a great customer service. Once I got my trees done which was exceptional my neighbors hired them too. Keep up the good works guys!

Chavez Tree Co. has lost is BBB Bureau rating which has been revoked and are door to door salesmen who use car salesmen techniques to get you to let them butcher I mean trim your trees. I contacted the owner yesterday at the number on the business card and sent him a picture of my tree and have not received a response. They came to my house (I did not call them) yesterday in April in the Spring and told me for $600.00 they would shape and trim my huge 30 year old maple tree on my front lawn and instead topped it off and removed all the leaves from the tree which is the worse thing you can do to a tree. Mind you, the tree needed trimming and I agreed to cutting it back and removing the dead branches and hauling the wood away however I did not agree to topping it off and removing ALL the leaves. In fact, he told me he would NOT top it off since it looked like it had been topped off at some time in the past at least 10 years ago and that topping off should not be done to a tree. The head car salesman uses the this is what I am going to do for you and I did more for you than I said I would sales spiel. Taking more off of a tree is not necessarily better since the tree has no leaves to sustain its life especially in the Spring. Now mind you I have NO SHADE in the front lawn. Topping off is NOT an expert-supported method for trimming trees or shaping trees or cutting them back because it keeps a tree vulnerable to disease, sun damage, and prevents it from getting the fuel to sustain its root system. When I went outside I was shocked and said what did you do to my tree? No one responded. Later on I asked the salesman the same and he said they took off more than he expected but it was good for the tree. Then the salesman wanted to charge me $350 more dollars (on top of the $600 I had already paid him) to trim a few branches from 7 year old queen palms in my back yard. I asked him if he planned on cutting all their leaves off too and said no to his ridiculous offer. Then he said how about $250. I still said no and that my lawn person could cut off a few branches. The next day, today, I was able to see the same crew a few doors up working on a neighbors tree and trying to sell to another neighbor so I confronted the salesman and told him what I had discovered and how upset I was since I had done research and contacted an arborist friend of mine on topping off trees. He kept on referring to another neighbors tree and how good it looked and telling me that this is what he told me he would do to the tree. He also told me that it was not true that its Better Business Rating has been revoked. I told him it was on the internet then he said that he had probably not paid. He said I would feel bad next year when my tree grew in full and looked nice. I told him that was irrelevant and that this was NOT the issue and that I was the customer and this is NOT what I had agreed to regardless if he felt the tree needed to be topped off or not. I told him I had researched what he had done and talked to experts and he said the competition always said bad things. The he told me I had caused him to lose business by coming up to him and being upset in front of another customer. I then told him the conversation was over. I will say, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the branches, trees and debris.

They didnt make good on services promised. Very disappointed. For all the work done right, their failure to fiinish what was promised earms them 1 star. Buyer beware... they lie.

Broke my fence its been down for three weeks said they would send someone out to fix it and no one has showed up plus they were supposed to grind the stump and that has not been done I have pictures to prove
