Had to call JBF last second as I had food-grade product refused at a local distribution center. They pulled us in, got my driver unloaded and on his way, and reloaded our product onto one of their own food-grade trailers and redelivered next morning with no issues.They are very flexible, kind, and helpful, especially last second. Awesome service and great, friendly, helpfull staff.We had a bad load shift, called them up, got worked into a dock and they started right away.Got the load restacked, better secured and ready to go back to the receiver.They are going in my phone book for anytime we may need their service again.
