Prices are competitive for the work, so much so I drove down from Michigan to have my car tinted. Super happy with my car, and will continue to refer people to them (even those out of state!)

The process was smooth as a babys bottom they explained to me what was going to be done, also showed me several tints from legal to illegal. The lifetime warranty is something everyone should have its worth it to have that back up. Baltimore Tint you have earned my business as long as I owned vehicles.
$120 paid totalBoth front windows and windshield initially planned to get done but when I got there, the gentleman who ended up doing my tint cautioned me (rather abruptly I thought) that no tint on the windshield was legal so I opted not to have the windshield done. I appreciated his advice just not his tone. So instead of spending $220, I saved $100.That in person encounter totally contrasted with the phone call I made to set my appointment. The lady who set my appointment didnt mention anything about the windshield and even suggested different shades I could get (as low as 40% but she recommended 70% tint). She was so nice!!She made me feel at ease and honestly I felt very good about making my appointment with them because of her phone manner.So I get there and knock on the door. No one answered so I let myself in. A couple folks (Im guessing they were part of the family who owns the business) were there, no one wearing masks but hey, Im not judging, I kept mine on so no biggie. They looked at me for a few beats until the guy who ended up doing my tint acknowledged me. Didnt exactly make me feel welcomed but the lady who ended up taking my keys was decent. She told me some places I could wait in the area.No waiting inside due to COVID-19 so I had to hang around the area. They initially estimated it would take an hour. It took 4 hours. There was only one other car when I got there and I had an 11am appointment, but I arrived at 11:02am. When I called after 2 hrs to check, they said they had gotten busy. How??? I would think anyone else would get done AFTER me. So that didnt add up. Made me wonder how long I waited unnecessarily before they even got started on my car.I wasnt impressed by the customer service, when they finally called me, they said I was done, they let me know what time they normally close but mentioned they wanted to close early. Kind of awkward again but luckily for them, I was only steps away and got there 2 minutes after they called.Once inside, the guy who did my tint made a point to tell me how difficult it was to apply tint to the small triangle windows within my front window. He said it was a pain in the butt actually. He couldnt resist telling me they normally charge for that but they werent charging. I did thank him but 2 things came to mind:1. Why when I let them know my vehicle details over the phone did they not know about those windows or when I dropped my car off did they not look it over and call to tell me about the extra charge? I felt the decision not to make me pay was because they took 4 hours to tint 2 front windows.2. What was the point of mentioning that? It lead me to once again feel awkward and struck me as unprofessional that he felt the need to bring it up. Id almost rather have paid than to be spoken to like that.When I left, I was so ready to go but as the lady was detailing what I should expect of my windows over the next 2 weeks, I noticed something dark on the passenger window. I mentioned it and she came over and it was on the exterior. It was tape of some sort that she brushed away, casually mentioning the guy who did the job must not have cleaned up after himself. Not the end of the world but just one more thing.I really wanted to love this place. Its a small business, in my community and they had stellar reviews. I am not criticizing their work, they did a fine job and Im sure my tint will be great when it smooths out in the next few days or so. Im just asking them to try to deliver a consistent, PROFESSIONAL customer experience. The experience that so many other reviews raved about and influenced me to try Baltimore Tint in the first place.
I had my 2020 Subaru STi tinted with ceramic tint by Baltimore Tint. The owner and his son a very professional and worked around my needs. You get what you pay for here and that is high quality tint with high quality work. The tint takes some time to cure and dry but once it is done it looks flawless. For the negative reviews about taking long or bubbles after it’s installed. You have to remember this is a family owned business and quality work takes time. Bubbles also go away once it has dried. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here and highly recommend them!
This has to be one of the best places I have been to get my volvo tinted. Super friendly, down to earth and let me watch what he was doing. Not that I was afraid but I was very curious how the job was done. I highly recommend this place and will be going back there from now on. Dont going to chian tinter when you can support local business in our community. Well worth every penny.Also something I very rarely do. I let them take pictures of my truck. That how great I felt after the job was done.

Baltimore Tint’s staff is personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about window tint. They explained the different types of tint they use and the purpose. They were punctual. I was scheduled for 3:45pm and when I got there, they were ready to work. They are professional. They listened to my problem and offered a quick and inexpensive solution. The waiting area is comfortable. You can literally fall asleep while waiting for your car. The work they do is flawless in my opinion. You can tell they’re passionate about their work. I was extremely satisfied when I left and will most definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this business for window tinting services. Oh and did I mention they do commercial tinting. They’re awesome!
I visited the Pikesville location and had my driver and passenger side front windows tinted as well as a strip across the top of my windshield. I spoke with Rob, he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my tint job and the price. I just got my acura tinted here and they did an incredible job! This is my second tint job and my second place. Baltimore tint did a way better job than the other company I used. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am. Was contacted at 4:30 pm to be told there was an emergency and my car wasn’t done. I understand things happen, but my vehicle should not have been there all day. Additionally, there were other tinted cars on the lot that weren’t there this morning. Not the most professional experience I’ve had.

They tinted my Lexus truck over a year ago and it still looks great! Smooth, no peeling or bubbles! They were very kind, thorough & didn’t take too long. They also have a decent waiting area separate from the work area. Price is affordable, great quality
They werent transparent with me as far what I asked for. Got sited for the windows and was made aware the the widows were not legal due to the fact that its already tint on the windows from the factory and when the supposedly legal tint is placed on your window it becomes illegal. Went to the shop and was basically called a liar and that I knew the tint was illegal. So if you or anyone you know patronizes this place make sure you ask plenty of questions but understand you giving them your business is not appreciated. Im still waiting for the owner to call me back from three days ago which Im sure he wont at this point but who cares, I will never give them another dime of mine and definitely will not give them another recommendation based on the way Ive been treated by these people.

You could definitely see that this family business cares about each of its customers! Both father and son delivered more than I could have imagined. Once finished, I asked a crazy favor....which was to replace a headlight I had out!? Rob, the owner didnt hesitate at all to do so. My experience at Baltimore Tint was a very good one, I checked the reviews before calling and I got their answering machine. Not even a few minutes later I received a phone call back from the owner Rob and he was very professional and was able to schedule a walk in appointment for me that day. Considering, that they work by scheduled appointments usually. He explained to me the the services that they offer and the cost, then asked me how soon could I get there because someone had just cancelled out. Once there I was met by Steve the window tint tech who went over everything with me and answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Once the work was done I was very pleased with the work that Steve had done on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The prices are reasonable and they do great work, I will be getting more work done from them shortly, I will refer others to them and I recommend that you give them a call if you are considering getting your windows tinted.
Baltimore Tint did a fantastic job on my vehicle! Other companies told me it was too difficult to apply tint to my car (2017 Civic Hatchback) due to the rear spoiler, but they were confident they could get the job done. Glad I found them. I had my Taurus SHO done in 20% ceramic tint & it looks great. The interior is noticeably cooler with ceramic tint. Now all I need to do is get my windshield done. Rob did a great job explaining the different types of tint & gave a good demo of the cooling properties of the ceramic using a heat lamp. I would definitely recommend them...

I had my windows for my 2016 Mazda6 tinted over a year ago. The tint has, and still is, perfect. Besides the minor dust particles that are present no matter what, there has been no peeling, bubbling, or fading of the tint. Top notch. The owner tinted my windows and was helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
Wow!!!!!! Is all i have say Rob is truly good at what he does and his customer service skills are exceptional. I was first skeptical of the location which is actually inside the LA Fitness parking garage but Rob makes you feel comfortable and tells you step by step what he will do. You actually see him work on your vehicle and talks to you the whole process just to make you feel comfortable. His workmanship is excellent and everything he says he means. I will come to him again if i ever need tints put on my car and i would highly recommend. He prefers cash and he will get you in and out as quickly as possible with high end work. I have a 09 audi in which the backseat does not fold and he did not even charge me extra although he had to work hard to put back tint on. Best tint in Baltimore County. Good Price, easy to work with, and had a fantastic bubble free job done in less than an hour. Good location as well, considering you can walk to Pikes or Jillys, grab a bite to eat and come back with the job completed.

Robert is very knowledgeable and ensured I selected the appropriate film for my windows to accomplish UV and heat reduction in my home. So it’s been a week since I had my windows tinted at Baltimore tint in Pikesville. I must say that the job was performed flawlessly. I made an appointment for one week day afternoon. Work was started on my vehicle as soon as I pulled up. I came with my 4 year old son and was concerned that he would get restless waiting for the tint to be put on my car, but the owner of the shop allowed my son and I to head upstairs to a very clean and quiet waiting area and offered us snacks, coffee and other drinks while we waited. Of course my son had to use the restroom at least once while we were there and the rest room was spotless, above any other shop rest room I’ve ever used in the past. He even allowed me to change the tv channel to a children’s station to occupy my son while we waited. The entire job was completed in under my expected time frame and I was very pleased with the finished product. The owner is a really cool and down-to-earth guy. We talked a bit before, during and after the job and he kept things very clean and professional. I will definitely be using Baltimore Tint for all future window tinting jobs. Thank you!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the pricing was competitive, and the workmanship was top-notch in every respect. We had to get rid of our window tinting in order to pass the MD safety inspection after we moved from FL. Found him on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was totally right! We found Baltimore Tint when we bought a new car and wanted the windows tinted. We waited in the shop while Rob installed the film and were very impressed with his care and precision. Later, we called on him to apply film to windows on the front of our house to protect our furniture from UV and to reduce the summer heat load. Again, the finished product is just what we hoped for.

After moving to Maryland from NJ I had to remove my tinted windows in order to pass inspection. Rob was nice enough to schedule me in even after his normal hours. Tinted my 2017 Honda Pilot. Small tear from what looks like a knife on the door by window. I understand mistakes happen, but not only did Rob the owner claim he did not do it but he was also extremely rude. Made every excuse under the sun as of how it could have happened. Car is cleaned weekly and this stab mark was not in the door before arriving at the shop.

Rob is a true expert. He did a fantastic job tinting the windows of my 2012 Ford Edge. He did it in a timely manner and was very flexible with setting up an appointment. He had no problem with me watching the process, and was happy to answer my questions during the process. I dont think I slowed him down too much, if at all!I was a little skeptical at first about the effectiveness of tinting, but am a true believer now. It makes a HUGE difference in the amount of heat buildup in the car. Im planning on taking the minivan to him to have that done.
