My experience today was amazing! The check in process was very smooth, the staff was nice and welcoming! My smile guide was Karma and she was absolutely amazing! I loved her personality and her experience she shared with me. She made me feel comfortable and open about my journey with my braces. She also provided me with informative information on my new journey with Smile Direct! I’m excited for this journey! I would 1000000 percent recommend this location to family and peers.

The staff members were nice and welcoming. Karma was a really good smile direct staff member. When we went into the image room, she made me feel very comfortable. The conversation between us was personable and she kept it real with me. Karma even asked me about my day and showed interest in what I was saying. Karma was professional and a great person to go to when going to smile direct club. She even shared her photos with me. Oh yes and complimented my jeans 😌! Keep being great Karma 👏🏽👏🏽

Awesome place! I’ve been wanting to fix my smile for a few years now and was told by my dentist that I “didn’t really need braces”. I seen India today and she reassured me that they could help me. We laughed and talked the entire time, she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I also received a free sample that im excited to use. Super excited for my process, I recommend anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of braces to contact these guys!

I had an appointment today. Smile Direct club sent multiple detailed messages and emails on where to locate their office. I was a little confused when I walked into the building, but called and they were so helpful to direct me to their check in office. Karma was amazing. She was very personable, made me laugh, and I felt so comfortable throughout my visit. The images were a breeze too! I highly recommend visiting their office and hopefully you have Karma as your smile guide.

I was very apprehensive to getting the liners but she reassured me that it was worth it and let me know that she was actually a customer before she was an employee. I had to go in for an aligner adjustment and Mercy was absolutely delightful. Her friendly rapport made me feel comfortable immediately and made what is inherently a weird, awkward experience (a stranger probing your mouth for five minutes) feel darn near normal. The office is bright and clean - my only note is that it was a little hard to find. Its actually inside the Towson Commons building on the bottom floor, so the address listed is a little misleading, but the Smile Direct customer service line gave me better directions when I called. That was minor, though - still a great experience.

While I decided that now was the best time for me to move forward because of the financial piece, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience and Cam! She did a wonderful job - she was professional and knowledgeable and most importantly, she made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this option to anyone considering aligners. And the 3D scan was an awesome option for someone not wanting to do the impressions. I plan on returning in the future when I feel like it is a better time, financially.The only reason that I gave this a 4 was because of the location and it was a little confusing navigating the salon suites on your first visit without a receptionist.

The aligners made some changes to my teeth, but I don’t have the exact new smile I expected. I am infuriated about my retainer. I ordered it on 04/18/2021, but something unexplained went awry and I had to reorder on 04/23/2021. I received a text message saying I would receive the retainer order in two - three weeks and six weeks later, I still don’t have them. I am now being told a THIRD order has to be placed and that retainer will arrive in four to five weeks. What the Hell?! I will now have to wear my last set of aligners, which are designed for two weeks’ wearing, for a total of TWELVE WEEKS - and that is IF the third retainer order isn’t screwed up by them again! I knew I should have gone with Invisalign and I suggest anyone reading this does just that!

Like Zenni Optical is to the AFFORDABLE Eye Glasses, Smile Direct Club is to AFFORDABLE Braces/Aligners.Staff knows the process and product. My Smile guide, Jamarhi, knew his stuff. Avoid this location!! Unprofessional behavior and bait & switch experience. They advertised free whitening kit with the treatment; we even talked about it before the scan. As soon as I signed the contract the technician said they were out of them and I would have to buy it from Walmart or their website. I was baffled so I asked to confirm whether this was supposed to come free of charge with the treatment as advertised and as discussed a few minutes before...he and the front office lady both said yes, but they were out of it and could not order one for me, then suggested I go to walmart and buy it because it was cheaper than their website. They looked at each other laughing the whole time and said I guess thats not fair huh. Completely unprofessional. Oh yeah, the appointment instructions also stated free parking, but came to find out it wasnt true and had to pay $7 to pay in the garage for less than 1 hr appointment. Stay away!

The place is friendly. However, my teeth aligners stopped working right, and when I called about it they said to just keep wearing my old ones. It didn’t change the fit and wasted $2000. So I don’t recommend

I have an appointment today. Its 1.30pm. I arrived at 1pm. My host is a beautiful lady. She is very friendly. She chats with me. Answer my questions. My 3D scan is completed in less than 30 minutes. It gives me a good experience here. The only regret is that I forget her name. I cant wait for my new smile

The woman that took my pictures and all, Mercy, was so nice and comforting! She completely took my worries away and also somehow made it less awkward while taking pictures of my teeth lol. I am on my fourth set of liners. The first three sets I could not get past week three. After three video chats they finally agreed that the liners were defected and wanted me to go to aSmile Direct office to have a digital scan. Which I did. I Followed up in 30 days to find out they had never processed the order. They would only give me 50% back of what I’ve paid into. Which has been three months. So I gave them another chance. I Just started the fourth set of liners. Hopefully this time will work.Today I realized they charged my credit card a $25 Missed payment fee. I have never missed a payment, I have my credit card on file for auto payments. Smile Direct stated they tried to charge my credit card. I have amazing credit and a very high credit line. Now they will not even give me my $25 missed payment fee back.With all that I’ve been through you mean to tell me $25 means so much to them. Giving me the $25 is good business practice.

The place was a liiittle difficult to find but once I got there everything went really smoothly. Youll be in and out pretty quick and its a nice interactive experience! Everyone was really nice, shoutout to Bree! She did my scan and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She talked to me the entire time, made sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions and was on point with sanitation to ensure we were both reasonably protected!

I went to the location at 435 York rd in Towson. The experience that I had was great. Tyrell did a awesome job. Of course if you know me I have a lot of questions and if Tyrell didn’t know the answer to my questions he sought help to get me an answer. I highly recommend this company and this location. Although we are in a pandemic they were very clean and use a lot of hand sanitizer. (That’s for our safety). Thank you Tyrell for an awesome job done! 👍😊

EDIT***original post below. So far Ive had a bad experience with the shipping. After waiting 4 weeks it was sent to someone 3 blocks away who was nice enough to deliver it to me. Also, first set of aligners were not mine they were someone elses! So now I have to wait 4 weeks for MY correct set to be made and sent. So far smile direct has been difficult and frustrating. Will update once I actually start my journey.Alexis did a great job explaining the whole process to me. The 3d scan was great and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was professional and place was clean! Cant wait to recieve my whole kit next month.

KAYLA was awesome! Professional, thorough, and friendly. After my first touch up aligners got mixed up( watch that the aligners in the pouches are stamped with the correct number sequence- as I had a 2 with a 4 and 3 with a 6 ) - the customer service team came through - with a touch up scan today and new aligners pending !Warning — UPDATE - 12-8-2020 - still great customer service - just PLEASE RECONSIDER USING ANY STRAIGHTENING ALIGNERS - if you have existing crown work - with posts or abutments in teeth - as it put pressure on crown to straighten - which pulled cemented abutment enough to fracture tooth and infection slowly creeped in - and needed extraction - now I’m left with a huge hole and in 8 months - will have and implant after the bone graft heals ( over 6k in costs) - told smile direct to caution future patients of this risk - they knew my risk - but I’ve yet to see any warning -I’m not vengeful- but maybe a lawsuit is what may change their policy to warn others !

Amazing experience getting my teenagers teeth scanned. Everyone was very friendly. They followed COVID guidelines by sanitizing and taking temperatures when we arrived!

Good experience overall, friendly technician, Mercy, knowledgeable, and very personal. They were a bit under staffed therefore there is a bit of a wait but, a friendly sign on the doors explains the circumstance.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jacklyn Berry who performed my sons Smile Direct assessment. She was very knowledgeable about the process and showed us all the products we would be receiving. She connected with my son and gave him so much confidence about school, sports, and of course his future smile. I definitely would recommend her for anyone but especially if this is for your teenager. Ive been updated through email every week about what to expect from the dentist confirming the assessment, time of treatment (5 months for my son), to when production began on the liners. I personally had Invisalign. Smile Direct is more than half the price and Ive seen other people get the same results I did while using Smile Direct. Im confident my son will receive great results. This was our first experience with Smile Direct and it went very well. It was easy to make the appointment, easy to find the Club (thanks to the great information and directions provided via text), and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Katryna was awesome! My teenager felt very comfortable with her and the whole process. We havent received the aligners yet but so far everything has gone smoothly and were very happy with everything.

This was the coolest appointment and a fantastic experience. The representative was so professional and she provided outstanding services.
